The room was great, and the front desk service was very attentive. It's a bit inconvenient to push luggage carts up from the parking lot, so the staff were excellent and directly helped us push them all the way upstairs. Staff members Adil and Berkin were especially wonderful! Highly recommend!

Great location, with a Watsons nearby. It felt pretty much like a standard budget hotel back home at first. But after staying at a few other hotels, I realized this one was actually quite good, especially in terms of cleanliness and soundproofing. The breakfast, however, was just okay.

The gym was pretty ****, you can't call that a gym. It's a ******* joke. Another thing that was bad was the breakfast buffet, not impressed at all. I am surprised how this hotel is a 4-star hotel. Another thing that was bad was the lighting in the room, it feels so dark in there. ALSO THE ROOM DID NOT HAVE A TRASHBIN other than one in the toilet!!! Good things were: Cleaning Room Size Location

The Location of the Hotel is the Highlight which is in the Middle of the City.You can relax when you are in the Room and when you come down everything is available in the City within 5 Mins Walking. The Restaurant Staff especially the Manager he gave us the best Customer Service.Other staff to learn from him.
