來上海的那天因為飛機延誤快凌晨一點才落地浦東機場，打電話給前台，酒店工作人員服務熱情周到，司機師傅也一直關注航班訊息，準時來機場接到我們，還幫我們搬行李[愉快]去迪士尼🈶接送服務，完全不用擔心，酒店有安排班車接送，也會在班車羣裏及時告訴大家停靠地點和發車時間。早上有6：20、7：30、8:50去迪士尼的班車，晚上21：00和22:20也有班車接回酒店，從迪士尼刷項目暴走回來以後還會提供免費泡腳桶[哇R]直接送到房間裏。晚上也會提供免費的夜宵，餛飩超級好吃哈哈！因為是第一次來上海，我們後面幾天都是在市區裏逛，從市區回來也可以到地鐵2號線接，有固定的時間點，提前聯繫酒店前台就可以，中巴車也會按時在野生動物園;地鐵站接送，完全不用擔心去市區玩酒店不在市中心怎麼回去的問題。早餐自助餐種類很多，味道也很不錯早餐是10：00結束，哈哈 …睡到自然醒也趕得上吃早餐。最後酒店房間也很乾凈整潔，房間很大，佈置很温馨，床品柔軟舒適，還有一點，衞生間是乾濕分離。保潔阿姨每天都會補充新的房間用品進去，（包括拖鞋、礦泉水、洗刷用品）最後最後，着重強調一下，酒店的服務人員態度都很好，幫忙拿行李，幫忙按電梯，推薦上海的美食，耐心介紹上海值得一去的景點，體貼地詢問我們每天的行程並安排中巴車接送，真的非常貼心。總而言之就是，入住體驗感超好，有來上海迪士尼的寶子們千萬不要錯過捏～

超貼心的寶藏酒店，必須怒贊！這次出行訂的這家酒店，直接刷新了我對“貼心服務”的認知，入住體驗滿分，必須五星好評！剛到前台辦理入住，工作人員就笑臉相迎，辦理流程高效又順暢。得知我比較在意住宿衞生，前台小姐姐主動告知，特意為我準備了一次性床單被罩，還幫忙送到房間，這波操作瞬間戳中我的心巴。更驚喜的是，聽説我是外地來的，不太適應這邊的低温天氣，酒店又貼心地送上了暖寶寶，小小一片卻滿是暖意。最意外的是，前台還主動給我免費升級了房型，升級後的房間寬敞明亮，採光視野一級棒，床品柔軟舒適，設施也一應俱全，完全超出預期。入住期間，不管是房間的清潔程度，還是工作人員的服務態度，都挑不出一點毛病。從一次性床品的衞生考量，到暖寶寶的暖心關懷，再到免費升房的驚喜，處處都能感受到酒店的用心。這樣有温度的酒店，真的很難得，已經推薦給身邊所有朋友了，下次來這座城市，一定還會選這裏！

上海迪士尼這次入住體驗真的是非常的不錯，很推薦大家來這邊入住，總體來説性價比真的非常的高，早餐有很多種類，水果也非常的新鮮，有牛奶，麪包，雞蛋都非常的不錯，過來辦理入住的時候，我們工作人員都非常的熱情和貼心辦理入住非常的迅速，感覺這家酒店性價比真的是非常的不錯，床睡起來也比較舒適，房間空間會比較寬敞，房間設施非常的齊全，打掃衞生打掃的非常的乾淨，阿姨很敬業，酒店裡麪真是應有盡有，一應俱全非常的不錯，也很推薦大家下次過來入住，還有去迪士尼和浦東機場還有野生動物園和地鐵站的免費接送班車都非常得好，酒店想得非常的周到，雖然酒店離市區有點遠，但是有班車送到浦東機場2號地鐵站也很方便。晚上還有泡腳桶🪣送，如果有需要的話可以打電話跟前台提前預約，預約浦東機場的時候需要提前一天預約就可以，一樓也有自助洗衣房、健身房、小童遊樂園，設施齊全。在住期間有任何問題。撥打前台電話，工作人員24小時為您服務，點外賣有機器人送到房間，下次還會選擇這裏總體來説，性價比真的非常的高地址🔖上海市浦東新區雲和夜泊酒店秋亭路128弄，不要走錯哦[愉快]

房間乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，工作人員服務態度也很好。提供浦東機場的接送機服務，去迪士尼很方便，也有接送的班車，而且晚上回來還有宵夜和提供泡腳桶等等，對於在迪士尼暴走一天累劈的人來説真的非常貼心，很適合從浦東機場起落的人或者來迪士尼玩的時候住。

Chose this hotel cos of very good reviews. The hotel was very posh and well decorated, giving off a very luxurious vibes. The front desk was very helpful with our requests and the hotel also receive taobao parcels and ******* on our behalf. Breakfast was ready at 6.30am as the staff helped to book the airport transfer (free) at 7.30am. We had very good experience staying here and we also note they have free transfer to the zoo and disney land. Very good deal cos we needed to catch an early flight next day and the driver promptly sent us there in 30mins by 8am.
