We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. They provide a complimentary coffee machine, and the room includes a refrigerator stocked with free sodas, bottled water, and small snacks. It offers exceptional value for money. If you are traveling with kids, this is a great choice—Disneyland is highly recommended, and it's also very close to the Ninth People's Hospital, just about a 2 minutes' walk. Incredible value for money! Breakfast and a late-night snack are served daily from 6:30 to 10:00, and staff members are even on hand to guide guests to the exact dining area.

Recommended by a friend, and the stay was amazing! They offer free shuttle service to and from both Shanghai Disneyland and the Wild Animal Park. The staff are all very welcoming, and the breakfast is good too. Delivery food is brought right to your room by a delivery robot. When you return from Disney, there's a late-night snack waiting for you, along with a traditional Chinese medicine foot bath bucket! Definitely worth a return visit, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Disney!

The hotel staff and butler were very enthusiastic and welcoming. The hotel also provides round-trip shuttle buses to Shanghai Disney and Pudong Airport, which is super convenient ✨️ The hotel breakfast has a great variety 😆, and the wontons served as a late-night snack were also very satisfying.

We chose Disneyland as our first stop for our trip to Shanghai, and staying at Cloud Hotel (Yunhe Yebo) was a fantastic experience. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh Chinese and Western options. The late-night snack service was also perfect for when we got back after watching the Disneyland fireworks. They even sent a foot-soaking bucket to our room in the evening, which was amazing. I will definitely recommend it to my friends next time.

The breakfast was exceptionally delicious, and the front desk staff were very welcoming, even proactively helping us with our luggage. We could store our bags at the hotel after check-out, and they also accept package deliveries for you. Food deliveries are brought up to the room by delivery robots, which was amazing. We will definitely come back next time!
