Free driver pick-up and drop-off + a check-in butler to welcome us + complimentary welcome breakfast and late-night snacks 🥗! · I absolutely have to highly praise their breakfast!! The variety was extensive! Tender shrimp paired with refreshing seasonal vegetables, every bite was incredibly satisfying ⭐️. And my favorite matcha cheesecake, with its smooth and rich texture, the tea and milk flavors danced wildly in my mouth 💃, it was absolutely intoxicating. Add a strawberry-flavored dessert, soft and sweet, not overly sugary, instantly curing all unhappiness 🥰 paired with a fragrant cup of coffee ☕️, the coffee bean quality was definitely top-notch, perfectly starting a day full of energy~ · The hotel lobby design also had great style, spacious and bright, with elegant decorations. The room was full of even more surprises, I absolutely loved the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room. During the day, you can enjoy the sunshine and beautiful scenery there 🌞, and at night, you can admire the incredibly beautiful night view. You know, maintaining such high popularity across various apps isn't easy, so I really wanted to experience it – it’s like the 'Haidilao' (a well-known hotpot restaurant chain famous for its excellent service) of hotels, truly living up to its great reviews! The hotel arranges for a driver to pick you up from the Safari Park metro station. You can call the hotel once you're on the subway. We got off at Huinan Station on Line 16, and the hotel car was already waiting there, which was incredibly convenient for me since I was switching hotels from the city center. From the moment you step out of the car, someone comes to help you with your luggage – the service is so welcoming. Before checking in, they offer you a drink. Only hotels that pay attention to such small details truly have intrinsic value. The shuttle buses to Disney in the morning depart promptly, provided no one else is late. The guide on the bus will share some important tips. For the return trip from Disney, the shuttle parks at the Donald Duck parking lot; you just need to find its spot. I booked the 10:20 PM return, which was perfect – I watched the fireworks and then walked straight to the bus, the timing was just right. They even hand out small snacks like snow biscuits and bread, along with water, on the bus – very thoughtful and detailed. The hotel also offers late-night snacks, or if you prefer, they can pack it up and deliver it to your room. We opted for the packed option because we were so exhausted and didn't have the energy to eat downstairs. The room's decor is simple and clean, and the bedding is very comfortable and soft. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. Breakfast at the hotel is very rich and varied, with various stir-fries, fruits, vegetable salads... everything you could ask for, and it's super abundant every day. You'll really have to see it for yourselves, it's great! Every night when we returned to our room, there was a foot-soaking tub placed there for us. This was our second stay at Yunhe Yebo Hotel (Pudong Airport), and the service was just as excellent as before. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful. Regarding service, the hotel's attentiveness began right from the room booking. A day in advance, they thoughtfully contacted us to arrange airport pickup. Upon landing at Pudong Airport, we received a confirmation message from the driver, and the communication and pickup process were very smooth. Even though we arrived at the lobby during peak check-in time, the staff were still warm and attentive. They greeted us proactively and asked us to wait briefly. During check-in, the front desk efficiently completed the formalities and thoroughly explained important information such as the Disney shuttle schedule and breakfast times, even booking the shuttle for us on the spot, saving us a lot of hassle later. What was even more touching was that as we headed to our room, a staff member offered to help with our luggage, guided us all the way to the door, and thoughtfully adjusted the room's AC temperature. The mini-fridge in the room was stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks, instantly melting away our travel fatigue. The next morning, after breakfast, we took the hotel shuttle to Disney. On the bus, the guide not only detailed tips for exploring the park but also offered stroller rental services, which was very considerate. But the most heartwarming part was the return journey in the evening; the bus was already waiting for us at the Donald Duck parking lot, and it was stocked with brown sugar ginger tea, drinks, and small snacks.
