Sheraton Nanchang Hotel

We made a last-minute decision to switch hotels (the AC at our previous hotel wasn't working, and my little one was drenched in sweat). Unfortunately, the Shangri-La was fully booked, but we managed to find a family room at the Hilton, so we quickly made a reservation. Soon after booking, Ms. Diana from the Sheraton called my husband to confirm the reservation and asked if we had any special requests. Honestly, that gesture warmed my heart. The next day, after checking out, we headed straight to the Sheraton. The front desk staff saw Diana's note in the system and offered a complimentary breakfast for my little one, which was very thoughtful! Ms. Diana also came over to greet us; it felt like meeting a kind relative. I really liked the decor style of this Sheraton. It's understated yet luxurious, calm yet grand, and you can tell the designer put a lot of thought into it. In the evening, the sunlight streaming into the elevator lobby created a romantic, painterly atmosphere. Our family room had an excellent view, directly facing Tengwang Pavilion. We enjoyed watching the colors of the pavilion change against the night sky across the river, which was incredibly pleasant. The bathroom design in the room was also very clever; the shower and toilet each had their own enclosed space, providing privacy. The fixtures were all Duravit, a top-tier brand. Both the sink and shower had fast water flow and good pressure, and I was especially pleased that there was no water overflowing onto the floor after showering. Excellent! Oh, and the pure white duvet cover had elegant white patterns that were truly beautiful! The two down pillows had different heights, so there was one suitable for everyone. The executive lounge at the hotel offered a good variety of food, and the taste was quite good. Breakfast was only available on the first floor, as the lounge wasn't open. There was still a decent selection of breakfast items; the ceramic pot soup was delicious, and the mixed noodles were also good, though the coffee beans were a bit acidic. Upon checkout, we ran into Ms. Diana again, and she asked about our stay. Honestly, we've stayed at quite a few high-star hotels, but this was the first time we encountered someone as dedicated and genuinely caring about guests as Diana. We must extend our sincere thanks to her 🌹. Overall, the Sheraton Nanchang is definitely worth my time to write this recommendation!

This stay was fantastic, and I'd like to give a special shout-out to Selina, the Guest Relations Officer. Her reception was professional and appropriate, communication was clear and efficient, and she paid close attention to guests' needs, proactively assisting and coordinating solutions. She struck a perfect balance, avoiding formulaic, insincere service. The hotel environment was comfortable and well-equipped, but it was truly Selina's thoughtful and attentive service that made our trip exceptionally pleasant. I'll definitely choose this hotel first on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Traveling to Nanchang with my family, including elderly parents and a child, we decided to stay at the well-established Sheraton Hotel. Upon check-in, the lovely Ms. Xiong kindly upgraded our room for free and even offered complimentary breakfast for my parents, which was much appreciated. The family room was decent and had a great river view, allowing us to see the iconic Pavilion of Prince Teng. My child had a fantastic time. We'll definitely choose Sheraton again next time we're in Nanchang.

My overall experience at the Sheraton Nanchang was excellent. The hotel's location is superb, right next to a metro station, making it very convenient to get to Tengwang Pavilion and Qiushui Square by taxi. The surrounding area has a wide variety of shops and restaurants, perfect for dining out and getting around. The lobby decor is grand and sophisticated, exuding the luxurious feel of an established five-star hotel. The guest rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, with soft and comfortable bedding. The double-pane windows provide excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The underground parking garage has plenty of spaces, making it hassle-free for those driving. The front desk staff were efficient and attentive. The executive lounge offers an elegant atmosphere, and the evening light meal selection is extensive. The heated pool and gym facilities are well-maintained. The hotel's hardware is in great condition, making it suitable for both business travelers and tourists. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Nanchang.

The hotel is right across from Tengwang Pavilion, offering a beautiful night view. It's also conveniently located next to a metro station, making it easy to get around to different places.

The front desk lady, Ms. Chen, had such a sweet smile. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in until check-in. Her efficiency was impressive, and she thoughtfully reminded me about breakfast times and WiFi. Her service was impeccable, absolutely commendable! 👍 Also a big shoutout to Hu Xiaojian 👍 the room attendant! 👍

Miss Melody at the Executive Lounge was incredibly kind and warm, providing thoughtful and attentive service. She handled all requests gracefully. The room was clean and tidy, and the living environment was comfortable. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay!

Experience a different Nanchang! Whenever we travel with our kids, we always choose the Sheraton Group and its accommodations. A special thanks to Yingying at the front desk for her thoughtful service – she upgraded us to a river-view room in advance and gave us a complimentary breakfast for an adult. From our room, we had a stunning view of the Gan River and Tengwang Pavilion directly across from us. At night, we could even enjoy the free revolutionary story light show. Qiu Shui Square, Nanchang Eye, and the Provincial Museum are just a stone's throw away, and the metro station is only 20 meters from the hotel, making getting around incredibly convenient. This will definitely be our top choice for our next trip!

The room was fantastic! It was very spacious, and the window offered a great view of the Tengwang Pavilion across the river. The hotel service was excellent 👍. Xiao Yang at the front desk was very thoughtful and provided a complimentary breakfast for our child. We stayed for two nights, and on the first night, we washed some clothes and hung them in the bathroom. The next day, the cleaning staff thoughtfully placed a drying rack in the room for our clean clothes. We were pleasantly surprised when we returned to the hotel after sightseeing around noon. The breakfast spread was also very rich, and our two-day stay was very comfortable.
