Regency Inn & Suites New London, Mystic

I stay here 10 years ago. By mistake we booked and we came back and try the place, great expirience and great staff. We are looking forward to our next visit to our kids and family in Wich the area ...we will definitely stay here again.

Staff great breakfast better than continental more like a buffet. Room was nice. Close to freeway

I grew up in a family of budget travelers. I’ve stayed in hostels, youth hostels, motels, and hotels, and this was the worst hotel I’ve ever had the honor of staying in. Among issues like the shower not draining at all and there being no elevator, the mattress was foam.. soap foam. It was like air wrapped in a sheet - there was zero support. I checked out early and asked for a refund. Verbally, the manager said it could be done, but later in the process, he kept most of the money.

Despite getting " help " from the gentleman at the desk, I was blasted with cold air all during the night. Changing the temperature did not work; it reverted to something in the sixties. I would not take the chance to stay there again.

This hotel had a lot of Prudential when we first looked at pictures from it. Unfortunately I was quit disappointment when there was no elevator, I have an injured leg and had to walk up all the steps to our room. The lobby and breakfast area was pretty nice. The room and pool area could use some updates . The "vending area" was empty on our floor and the downstairs one was leaking water everywhere. The back staircase was dirt cakes into the carpet of the steps and wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there. The best thing about this place was their breakfast, they had a wide variety and I was quite happy about that. They did hower constantly bug us about giving a review and that was kinda annoying .

Everything Was Absolutely Great About this Establishment, in fact You Get More Then You Expect and See

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Premises little run down and could use some updating, but not really bad. Parking convenient and hotel was close to a shopping mall and a short drive to the harbor. We would stay there again.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The grounds were very well kept with beautiful flowers and lights. Breakfast was good…very clean. 8/10 (for breakfast) .The girl at the front desk was my favorite part… she always greeted us with a smile and wave. Ask if there was anything we need each time! I would definitely recommend for a good price, clean, safe, friendly spot close to everything on CT shore line and activities.

The price of the room was reasonable for the area. The staff was friendly. The hotel seemed to be under construction in swimming pool area. The breakfast area was nice with good food. Parking was easy. This is not a fancy place, just a convenient place. Hope this review helps others.
