Pullman Shenzhen North

The hotel location is extremely convenient, just a short walk to the North Railway Station. The front desk staff were wonderful and upgraded us to the executive floor. The housekeeping on the executive floor was exceptionally clean and they even helped fold our clothes. Room delivery via robot was super fast. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Shenzhen!

Great stay! The room was beautiful and clean, the hotel environment is top-notch, and the high-altitude view of the city was breathtaking. The breakfast was lavish, and the hotel even provides a dedicated customer service host who replied instantly even late at night—huge thumbs up to Gavin and Bella! There is also an indoor passageway leading directly to Shenzhen North Railway Station, which takes just a few minutes in the early morning. Super convenient!

Very close to Shenzhen North Station, you can take the skybridge directly to the hotel's 3rd floor. I didn't know and dragged my luggage on the street for 10 minutes, hope this helps everyone. Great hotel, very comfortable.

I was passing through Shenzhen on a business trip and chose this hotel for its convenient location near the North Railway Station. To my surprise, the service was truly impressive. A special thanks to Gavin and Yeni, who were proactive and attentive with the little details rather than just going through the motions. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the overall aesthetic has a quiet charm that grows on you. I will definitely prioritize staying here next time I take the high-speed rail.

My stay during this business trip to Shenzhen exceeded expectations. The hotel boasts a prime location right next to Shenzhen North Railway Station, with the 3rd floor offering direct access to the East Square, making transportation extremely convenient. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered great open views, especially the night cityscape. The bed had the perfect balance of firmness and comfort, and the soundproofing was top-notch—no outside noise at all. Lynn and Yeni at the front desk provided professional, efficient, and responsive service. Overall, it's ideal for business travelers and highly recommended.

Extremely satisfied! The views were beautiful, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended. All the restaurants were delicious, especially the Chinese restaurant and breakfast, which were both plentiful and tasty, and reasonably priced. I'll definitely be back!
