Stayed at Resorts World Awana Genting Highlands and overall it was a good stay 👍 Pros: Peaceful and surrounded by nature Clean and comfortable room Easy access to Genting via cable car Cons: A bit far from the main Genting area Limited food options at night but of course you can drive out to nearby look for food. If you prefer a quieter place instead of the crowded hilltop, this is actually a better option.

The hotel is very close to GPO. Got shuttle bus to GPO and they room is spacious. Really enjoy my stay.

The hotel facilities are excellent, the front desk staff are very polite and friendly, and there is also a free shuttle bus service to and from Genting Premium Outlet.

Love the hotel and facilities. Definitely will repeat again the stay. Kids enjoy the stay and all the activities provided.

A very nice place to hangout with families with children. My kids enjoy the staying although it was just a short trip. The customer service was so helpful and polite. Will bring my families back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for families with young children. The environment is great, breakfast is great, staff service is good, only the room have many tiny ant!! On the bed, on the table, on the chair!! The first day we did not realize, until the second day morning we feel body itchy and found our shirts and bags on the chairs and tables have a lot of tiny ant!!

Disappointed with the breakfast. It used to be buffet-style but is now only a set meal. Considering there is already a buffet in the food hall, this change feels inconsistent. Hope the hotel improves this.
