Resorts World Awana

Had a great stay at Awana Genting Resort! Everything was nice and comfortable. 😊 Hopefully the escalator to GPO can be completed soon, so guests can easily walk over without having to cross the road. Overall, really enjoyed my stay and definitely will come again! 👍🏻

We had a wonderful family stay at Resorts World Awana and thoroughly enjoyed the cool mountain air and lush green surroundings. “The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with beautiful views of the surrounding hills.” It felt like a true escape from the heat and hustle of the city.

There were not enough plug points, but the USB Type-C ports were provided and worked well. The hot water from the water dispenser was not working properly, but the housekeeping team responded quickly and provided us with a kettle. By the way, the view from our room was not very nice as we were staying on the 10th floor. I would suggest requesting a higher floor if you prefer a better view.

Always enjoy family stay here. Moreover they have more recreational ie pickleball, ping pong and etc, where kids can enjoy. I value the outdoor concept for recreation. Spacious and comfortable for family, heated pool is even greater value. They hosted many activities for the kids during Merdeka weekend, children had fun! Credit to Awana. Always come back here and so far no disappointment.

The room was very spacious and came equipped with both a fan and air conditioning, along with a balcony offering a great view. There was a filtered drinking water station conveniently located right outside my door, and extra amenities and towels were readily available upon request.

Overall, the resort feels refreshed and in great condition after the renovation. The warm-water swimming pool was definitely a plus point — we enjoyed it so much! 🏊🏻♀️ There are plenty of in-house activities, including family-friendly sports, which kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The free hourly shuttle to GPO was also very convenient and made getting around so much easier. 👍🏻

Villa is spacious and well maintained, equipped with both washing machine and dryer (wine chiller too). Two queen size bed just nice for family of four, just loved that balcony glass door can open entirely giving unblock view to the trees. Service was great, they provide small treats daily (steam purple potatoes with butter and kampung coffee) that was just so welcoming. The big plus was the nature surrounding us, totally enjoyed the view and relaxed. Package included a Clearwater walk to further admire the nature and the effort/passion they have in caring the animals and young forest.
