The 4 days, 3 nights trip was simply amazing. Myself, my wife and my 2 kids, had a wonderful time at Genting Awana Resort.
We stayed in the Family room and it was very spacious and with all facilities. Nothing more to ask.
The trip was not hectic and very easy going. The buffet breakfast had a lot of options and was tasty.
Will definitely book again at Genting Awana Resort.

The environment is clean and the facilities are quite complete. As for the car park, hotel guests also need to pay an additional RM 5.

We spent most of the time in Awana Resort! The facilities are superb! Easy trail for families with small kids, big playgrounds, bigger hall for breakfast at jom makan hall and many more! Highly recommended to stay in this resort hotel!

It hard to take grab or taxi from sky world city back to hotel from 10:00 pm. Better you need check time if have kids like us.

A lovely villa that makes me feel like home. Had a very comfortable stay at the villa. Everything is nice, clean and worth it. The shuttle bus to GPO is very convenient though it does not follow the schedule but it moves quite promptly after all passengers have boarded the bus. Housekeeping, all staffs are friendly and helpful. I will definitely come again! Thank you Awana Resort team!

The resort has a homely feeling which makes it special experiencing Genting highlands's weather especially when we see clouds early morning engulfing the place. We're lucky to experience clear weather to appreciate this place beauty too. Our room was located at level 22 and on the last day when we wanted to check out there was some issues with the lift, so please be mindful to allocate more time if you're planning to catch the shuttle bus to awana bus terminal to go Genting Premium Outlet (GPO) or taking Skyawana cable car.
The location is quite good but if you don't mind taking the shuttle bus then this hotel is worth it cos you'll be saving more. We booked 4D3N, spent 2 days taking shuttle bus and skyawana cable car to get to SkyAvenue to enjoy Skytropolis and Skyworlds amusement park.
The room cleanliness was mediocre, we bought toilet gel air freshener so that we don't have to deal with the drain smells. I might just come back because of the heated pool, December hotel activities. There are various food options around this area from western/hotpot/Chinese cuisine for your consideration too.

Location is great if you aren’t the type that likes to stay right at the top. Taking the cable up and down is really convenient and fast. The hotel also has a free shuttle service to the Genting skyway and the premium outlets, and vice-versa such that you won’t need to be a private transport. The villa was also really nice and had ample space for the four of us. It was also foggy and misty with nice cool temperatures making the scenery mysterious and somewhat magical. Would recommend this hotel if you want a nice quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle at the top of the hill!

Room was average for the price I think cleanliness needs to be improved; plenty of visible dust on vanity mirror when spot light is turned on and on doors including inside toilet and stains seen at shower area. Buffet breakfast was more of local food selection quite ordinary and serving same varieties every day.
