Good ambience, profesional staff and polite, comfortable room, i get nice view, satisying with menu breakfast

Clean nice place. Service could be better- not enough staffs and they are not exactly attentive at he front desk. Service at restaurant for breakfast is ok. Nice pool

Room quite good after refurbished. The hotel has kindly given me 26th floor with nice golf view. The staffs at Ayu Awana was polite & friendly. I wanted to try the Lodge but it was closed for private events. I went for a walk along the golf course. Had a good morning exercise & ordered hot mocha & cheesecake after the walk. Cheesecake taste need some improvement I guess, overall a good stay for me.

Spacious room and nice ambience. Got the view facing Genting highlands with a small balcony. There’s a shuttle van to GPO every hour so that’s ok. Bad - service. I left my item in the room and they didn’t bother informing the customer until I asked the counter. They called hospitality and it was VERY slow to return. They also didn’t return me other drinks that I left in the room.

Had a great stay at Awana Genting Resort! Everything was nice and comfortable. 😊 Hopefully the escalator to GPO can be completed soon, so guests can easily walk over without having to cross the road. Overall, really enjoyed my stay and definitely will come again! 👍🏻

I had a really pleasant stay at Genting Awana Hotel. The location is great, especially if you enjoy the cool weather and beautiful mountain scenery. The surroundings are peaceful and relaxing, which made the stay feel like a nice little escape from the city. The room was comfortable and clean, and everything I needed for a short stay was available. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere around the hotel. The cool breeze, greenery and views made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable. It’s also convenient for visiting Genting Highlands and the surrounding attractions. I genuinely enjoyed my stay here and would definitely love to come back again. Hopefully, I’ll be able to stay here again on my next trip to Genting! 🤍🏔️

i really like the room, the view, the facilities, and the food is also delicious. the ambience and design of the hotel is aesthetic.

surprisingly good breakfast with variety options and there are lots of activities to enjoy. definitely going to come back.
