Location is convenience. Just opposite to the JR OTARU station. Nearby has many famous store and convenience store. There is delicious free supper ramen, also included onsen which is very comfortable.

Right across from the train station, the hotel is a bit dated overall, but it's perfectly fine for a one-night stopover. You can enjoy the hot springs, unlimited popsicles, and free ramen after 9:30 PM. The breakfast is good, with fresh and delicious seafood for the seafood rice.

Maybe my expectations were too high, but I was disappointed as soon as I checked in. The room was really small and old, like a guesthouse from decades ago. Aside from the room, everything else was pretty good. The breakfast was plentiful, the hot springs were relaxing, and it's close to the station.

This hotel has the most convenient location (just right in front of Otaru train station). They also serve Japanese style buffet breakfast, with many varieties, including seafood don. Taste were so so good even though it’s a hotel breakfast.
Public bath were clean and well equipped with sufficient washing stations, hairdryers and lockers.
Room size was compact. Okay for 1 night stay.
