The hotel was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. They responded to my messages instantly, even when I messaged them past 11 PM with questions. On our last day, they even allowed us to check out late, at 2 PM, which was a huge help! It's also within walking distance of Sunac Land, which was very convenient.

The room was excellent, clean, comfortable, and smelled fresh. Importantly, the female staff member spoke English and was incredibly lovely. She allowed me to check in before 2 pm, and even though I arrived for breakfast almost at noon, they still provided excellent food. This place is truly wonderful.
