Homewood Suites by Hilton Omaha-Downtown

Very friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms, and breakfast was great, they had a good variety for breakfast.

The first day was clean. But nobody came to clean our room. Yesterday when we told them they can come back to clean it when we left to go get dinner. But overall it was a good hotel to stay at.

The room was wonderful, so much space. Very clean. The staff was great. The breakfast was good with lots of choices.

Our room received no housekeeping services, we had to call for towels, garbage removal and cleaning. After calling we were brought towels and toilet paper and headed a garbage bag and had to change the bag ourselves and keep the garbage bags in our room for 4 days. It was very disappointing When asked about housekeeping service I was just told they didn’t know why our room wasn’t cleaned and offered no explanation We were just supposed to deal with it. We had 2 bathrooms in a suite and ran out of toilet paper. When we asked about ice machines we were directed where they were but no ice came out so we had no ice for our coolers or drinks This was the most disappointing stay at a Hilton I have had as a rewards member

Probably best hotel we’ve been in !! Fabulous accommodations !! Wonderful helpful staff , very spacious snd comfortable room , very fair price too !! We will DEFINATELY be back !!!

Upon arriving we were told that the hotel was overbooked. We were provided a room that you could tell was not used often and there was trim that needed painted and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. There was hair in the bathtub and on the floor in the bathroom pee stains on the toilet. They were overbooked so we didn’t complain and honesty we were in a hurry and didn’t have time to sit there to try and rectify or have someone clean with our stuff there and valuables in the room. I would have thought they would have at least offered free parking or something..
