Homewood Suites by Hilton Omaha-Downtown

The room smelled and I think it was a pet smell. So very cold in breakfast area. We have stayed there two years in a row and wanted to stay April 26 through May 1 and the price increased where we had to go to the Best Western where the price was fair. So disappointed and probably won’t be coming back.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The suite we stay in fits our family of six (soon to be 7) perfectly. Great breakfast options and variety. The kitchen in room allows us to pack snacks and supplies to fuel our adventures. Location is also great, minutes away from riverfront parks, museums, playgrounds, as well as Old Market area. The Zoo is also not far away. Highly recommend and will be back soon!

The room was spacious and lovely, with plenty of places to plug in devices, and Crabtree and Evelyn eco-friendly toiletries. Great breakfast, including a taco bar with pulled pork one day and pulled chicken in the next. Bizarre but really good. And on Wednesday night, they had a complementary happy hour with snacks, wine and beer. And the location is perfect right in the heart of downtown across from the stadium. Fully recommend this place and I will stay here again when I return.

The overall hotel was nice. Rooms were well kept and the property itself was very clean. Extra supplies were brought promptly. However, there were a couple issues that we had that were not addressed to our satisfaction. The parking lot that we had to pay for had no available spots and nothing was done to fix it. There was also a loud party that staff did nothing to address even though it was after quiet hours and they had you sign an acknowledgment that there was no tolerance.

We have stayed here twice in two weeks - this has quickly become our favorite place to stay in Omaha. The rooms are spacious and clean, the hotel is quiet and the ameneties are top notch.

The breakfast was great. Staff was great. The place was small and kind of worn down. I had a much larger room last time though.

Everything was to my boyfriend and I's liking, when we do decide to make a trip to omaha again, I'm definitely going to look at staying here again.

Room could use an upgrade seriously, and the linens didn’t fit the bed. Also curtains broken. Room was a little old.

This room is great for our family of 5 - gives us all the space and privacy we need without having to buy two adjoining rooms!
