Staybridge Suites CARSON CITY - TAHOE AREA by IHG

Room is very clean, Staff is very friendly, location is very convenient for dining. So basically, our stay was very good. Only 2 issues we had are, no bath tab, timing for breakfast (from 7:30am at weekend is late).

We arrived late. The lobby was busy. I later learned they were training new staff. We paid for a king bedroom and was given a queen bedroom. When we turned the sheets, we found a very big stain. They moved us and offered some snacks. We said no. We spoke to the manager the next morning. It was a nice conversation. The morning staff was amazing in the kitchen and the lobby probably because they were the regular staff. I let them know that I understand staff training and shortages but that stain was over a foot long and was very visible and upsetting. I’d throw that out of my own house if I could not remove it. The manager did provide something to make up for the terrible experience. I don’t think this is typical but the stain was just too much!!!

Wonderful stay for a night. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Conveniently located just outside the hustle and bustle of Reno yet right off the highway. A well‑maintained boutique hotel with full amenities. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was so so, room was clean, nice property, they take care of it unlike many other places. I would recommend it, much better than most.

A really nice, well‑kept hotel in a great location. It would be even better with a few basic utensils in the kitchenette, and the $75 pet fee is on the higher side, but I’d still happily recommend it.

There's a lake view? I didn't see it. The staff, especially the ladies working breakfast were very kind and friendly. The rooms are a bit dated, fraying carpet, stains, etc.

This place was amazing. From the staff to the rooms. Cant wait to come back.
