I was here on a business trip, and also to scout out the place for a future family vacation. My wife had found out about this Ascott hotel online, so I booked a few nights to check it out. I opted for a two-bedroom Executive Suite this time. It's fully equipped with a kitchen, which has a Western feel to it, a washing machine, a dryer, and a small balcony in the living room. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms and showers, which is very convenient. The location is very close to Xiangmihu Golf Course, so you see golf-related elements everywhere. The gym on the first floor is good, with treadmills and other fitness equipment, perfect for daily workouts. From the room, you can see the Ping An Finance Centre. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and I'm planning to bring my family to stay for two months at the end of the month. Manager Huang at the front desk was very enthusiastic and professional in helping with the introductions and arranging the future rooms. Excellent service! Looking forward to staying again at the end of the month!

I was really satisfied with this stay. The location was easy to find, and it was convenient for dining, drinking, and getting around. The room was meticulously cleaned, with good lighting and ventilation, and the bed was very soft, so I slept soundly at night. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and requests were handled promptly. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and it offered great value for money. It's a hotel I would repeatedly choose when visiting this area.

This is my second stay here, and Ascott's brand really guarantees quality. Although the hotel is a bit old, you can still feel the glory it once held as a top luxury apartment. The room layout is very sensible, it truly feels like home. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and even a colander, dishcloth, and dish soap – they didn't miss a thing! The staff aren't overly enthusiastic or bowing at 90 degrees; instead, they provide just the right amount of service, like to a long-time regular. After a few days, the breakfast staff even knew guests' dining preferences – oh, and the breakfast is delicious! While the variety isn't huge, the taste is really excellent! They can also cook things fresh to order. I also really liked the hotel gym, which has both strength and cardio equipment. Finally, a special shout-out to Charlene and Lily at the front desk. They worked so hard helping me find a delivery, change rooms, and store my luggage. I will definitely be back!

This time, I stayed in a 138-square-meter, 2-bedroom unit. The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, and the surrounding environment was lovely. Getting around was also very convenient. I have a great impression of Somerset and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Shenzhen.

The rooms were all very clean. Here are a few minor issues experienced during my stay: 1. Due to the 'Northbound Travel for HK/Macau Vehicles' policy, more and more Hong Kong and Macau tourists are driving to the mainland, but they often encounter problems with inconvenient access to parking lots (license plates not being recognized). 2. In suite 1407, it took 5-10 minutes for the hot water to start flowing. 3. Your hotel has family room types; if you could add equipment for infants/toddlers (like playpens, baby high chairs, etc.), it would further reduce the stress for parents traveling with young children.
