I booked the 1099 package through Ctrip, which included a Thai meal (lunch or dinner option, I chose lunch) and access to the executive lounge. 1. **Front Desk Check-in**: Cicy, the lady at the front desk, was incredibly friendly. She upgraded us to a premier room and clearly explained the times for lunch and the executive lounge. Since I had mentioned my mother's birthday over the phone beforehand, they also helped arrange a room decoration and asked what time would be convenient for the cake delivery. Her attention to detail was excellent, and I was very impressed. 2. **Lunch**: We had lunch at the Thai Ying restaurant on the second floor. Everything was freshly prepared. Manager Zhong at the restaurant was exceptionally kind. She asked about any dietary restrictions, and when I mentioned a shrimp allergy, she ensured all dishes were prepared without shrimp and substituted chicken. When the food was served, she individually introduced each item in the set meal, offering very meticulous service. The food tasted good and was quite innovative. 3. **Executive Lounge**: There was only one female staff member, who looked very beautiful and gentle, and spoke in a soft, quiet voice. We had a light afternoon tea. I found the dinner quality to be quite high, and it was less crowded. Main dishes included scallion oil noodles and custard buns. Hot dishes featured steak, roast duck, cauliflower, chicken pieces, basa fish, typhoon shelter shrimp, as well as fruit, yogurt, and small Thai-style salad plates. I didn't get to photograph everything! But overall, the quality was quite good. 4. **Breakfast**: I wasn't very hungry, but I ate enough. To sum it up, I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai. My overall experience was fantastic, and all the service staff were gentle and attentive.

The location is very convenient, close to the subway station and downtown. The bed is large, the room is quite spacious, and there's a bathtub with a separate shower and toilet. The housekeeping auntie was very enthusiastic, and the concierge service was excellent. The front desk service was okay, though sometimes their tone wasn't professional or warm enough. The only downside is that you have to go downstairs to the outdoor delivery locker to pick up your food orders. I would choose to stay here again next time if the opportunity arises.

This hotel is excellent! Pros: 1. The entire staff, from the front desk and housekeepers to the concierge and doormen, were incredibly kind, warm, and professional. However, it seemed like they were severely understaffed. I personally witnessed five groups queuing to check in at night with only one front desk agent. They were clearly overwhelmed. 2. The room was spacious, the bathtub was very comfortable, and the water pressure was great. 3. The location is very convenient for both taxis and the subway. Just a heads-up for those with luggage: the nearest subway entrance doesn't have an escalator or elevator. Cons: 1. There were some minor cleanliness issues. A housekeeper left someone else's soap in my room. 2. The curtains didn't reach the floor, so I was woken up by the sunlight in the morning. 3. While the Wi-Fi was usable and fine for Tencent Meeting, it wasn't as fast or reliable as I would have liked.

The front desk service was terrible; their attitude towards guests was very poor. There's no food delivery robot, so you have to go down to the takeaway locker yourself. Sometimes, even in heavy rain, you have to go downstairs to pick up your food, which is very inconvenient for guests.

I booked three nights at this hotel last minute since it's close to home, and overall, the facilities are pretty good. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were also very nice, especially the auntie at the noodle station – she's full of energy and enthusiasm! Every morning when I went for breakfast, she'd greet me with 'Good Morning!', which really brightened my day. The manager was also constantly observing the dining area, promptly clearing dishes and asking about our preferences. The staff at the entrance also left a great impression. Even after just three short days, Captain Liu already remembered us. The security guards, Mr. Zhao Xi'an and Mr. Zhang Gaojian, were very welcoming and attentive!

This has become my go-to hotel in Shanghai. I absolutely love the Executive Lounge – it's quiet and cozy, and most of the guests are foreigners. Manager Evan warmly recommended a Spanish white wine to me, and it was excellent. Manager Sinnie is also incredibly professional; check-ins are always polite and swift, and they're quick to respond to guests' questions and needs. Truly fantastic!

Terrible check-in experience! First, it took ages to check in; I waited over ten minutes for the person in front of me, and then another ten for myself. Secondly, the breakfast was extremely poor value for money 😩. The quality definitely didn't match the price. There were limited options, and the coffee foam was coarse – it didn't even meet basic cappuccino standards. The soy milk was heavily watered down, tasting like plain water. We paid nearly 400 for two people for breakfast, yet it wasn't even as good as a four-star hotel's breakfast. This is a one-time thing; I definitely won't be recommending it to friends.

The room was nice with a city view. The air conditioning in the room worked well and provided cool air, which is really important even in winter! Because sometimes the weather gets so hot now that you can't stand it without AC!
