Shasha Siwa Retreat & Thermal Spring

A very heartwarming experience. Although the hotel is a bit remote, the service and facilities were excellent, especially the receptionist, Wusama, who was incredibly friendly. It was the most unforgettable experience of my trip to Siwa.

The staff were incredibly kind and even provided transportation to the bus stop and took me on a Siwa tour! I had a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the owner and staff are incredibly welcoming! They provide hot water and hairdryers for showers, and you can let them know if you need anything else. The hotel guide even took us sightseeing for a day – the service was superb! They helped us bargain for things and tickets, and even took us to the station to buy tickets for us. They were so incredibly kind 🥺, I'll definitely come back again!

It's a bit far, but don't worry, there's no better value for money here. The owner is a very, very nice person, the breakfast is delicious, and the surroundings are very quiet, so I slept very well.
