Hilton Dali Resort & Spa

The room was very spacious, and the view of Erhai Lake outside the window was beautiful, with mountains in the distance and the sea up close. We stayed in Building 2, which mainly housed the gym, swimming pool, and children's play area downstairs. Building 1 mainly had the Chinese and Western restaurants. The hotel lobby was very grand, and the overall environment and landscaping were stunning. The customer service butler and housekeeping were both very attentive and thorough, and the restaurant service was also excellent. Five-star rating!

The hotel breakfast was quite good; I especially liked the purple rice noodles. The hotel environment and scenery have always been excellent, and the staff are all very warm and friendly. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! 😊

The ladies at the hotel's front office were incredibly kind, gentle, and thoughtful, always putting the customers first. Thumbs up! 👍 The bellboys were proactive in helping with luggage, opening packages, and sending快递. Thumbs up! 👍 The bespectacled guy from housekeeping came quickly to our rescue at 1 or 2 AM when we were woken up by mosquito bites, even bringing ointment. Thumbs up! 👍 The hotel breakfast, served until 10:30 AM, offered a wide variety of dishes, which was very considerate. Dining with a view was simply beautiful!

The front desk kindly upgraded me to a lake-view room with a balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunrise over Erhai Lake. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The hotel's public areas are beautiful, and they even offer photography services. The gym is well-equipped, the pool water is excellent, and there's a small massage pool and sauna. The hotel also features an outdoor jogging track, ideal for a morning run or stroll. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with many local specialties. The housekeeping service was also excellent. Overall, my experience was fantastic! 👍

An absolutely wonderful resort experience! From check-in to check-out, the staff's service attitude was superb, helping us with all sorts of issues. The breakfast was delicious, and the room view was unbeatable. We'll definitely be back!

The environment was incredibly comfortable, the butler service was exceptional, and the breakfast offered a wide and varied selection. I've stayed in many hotels over the years, and it's been a long time since I encountered such thoughtful service. Many businesses cut costs, but when I asked for some water to make tea, they directly brought a large bag to my room. Later that night, I tried some of the complimentary fruit and casually mentioned it, and the butler immediately brought up a whole platter. I even felt a bit embarrassed! The room was also exceptionally clean, with no strange odors. I'll definitely be back next time.

The hotel has a good location, but the facilities are a bit old. There are very few staff members, and the service is just average.

The room had a stale, old smell that kept me awake all night. I started coughing in the morning, which was particularly difficult for me in my late pregnancy. The shower also had years of yellowish buildup, looking quite dirty. The hotel is located at the foot of a mountain, so the air is fresh, but the room itself was a huge disappointment.

Every time I go to Dali, I stay here. The environment is nice and quiet. My daughter especially loves the breakfast; you can find all sorts of local snacks from around Dali, and they're delicious and hygienic. You can see Erhai Lake right from the window. The butler service is also exceptional.
