This is our normal go to hotel when we stay in lake charles. It is clean and the staff is normally friendly. It is not fancy, but it serves the purpose.

Clean, neat, sparse and isolated. The room was neat and clean, but like many less expensive hotels, lacked a few things. For example, there was no facial tissue, only tiny amounts of soap, a minimal coffee maker with enough coffee for only two weak cups, and no freezer in the fridge. Though there is a Mexican restaurant across the street, the hotel is far away from the main parts of town and requires quite a drive to find other eating options.

Excellent Friendly Service and the room was exceptionally clean and bed was really comfortable.. this was my first time staying at a Red Roof Inn .. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely choose this motel again . Thank you

bugs in my bed I woke up the next morning with bugs in my bed. I took one on a bandaid to the lady at the front desk and she said "that's not a bed bug". Since I've never seen bed bugs,, I just said "I don't know what they are but you have a problem"and left.

My husband had a fall injuring himself Cut his wrist on a broken handle on the fire extinguisher case I reported it and they told me to clean up his blood, or get out!

The room were kept clean, ac was very cold and was quiet for the most part. The only issue I saw was the pool looked murky and unbalanced with chemicals

Hair dryer was grimy and one soap dispenser in shower had come off its wall holder. Everything else was very good.

The first room was dirty. Bathroom was disgusting they did not clean the bathrooms or the shower. Hair inside the shower mold in the tile bread crumbs on the floor. We ask to ne moved the front desk moved us to another room. It was ok but not great at all. I had reservations for three days we check out earlier then three days. I received a call stated my dogs was barking and they wasn't. They had my name down for the first room vs the actual room i was staying in.. then at check out my daughter's check out of they rooms and was staterld they had to go thru the third party to get a refund for the 3rd night which is incorrect. We had to fuss with the staff to get our money refunded. From the front desk to housekeeping and management, they are very unprofessional and ghetto..i recommend no one stay here at all. The policies are ridiculous for pets as well reasonable price horrible policy
