Bishop Suites at The Executive Centre

First of all there were ROACHES we were told that it had been exterminated a week before we arrived the following week still ROACHES running me I killed 4 my husband killed one me Three or 4 got away. The kitchen area by the microwave smelled like urine. The washer leaked me The tub was badly stained.Pictures my fell in off the wall one larger picture had been glued previously it broke in the same spot. The smoke detector was not screwed into the wall they used stickies it fell off the wall.The bed mattress to was almost on the floor. You had to empty your own trash if you were not staying 7days you had to pay $20.00 to have linen changed. There was 1 mini ice tray no ice bucket. The molding around the baseboard had not been dusted in months. The bath tub was not conducent for seniors or people with disability. We were very disappointed stay there at your own risk we would not recommend. We are staying at my another hotel that I booked myself less so call upscale but 100percent better. Very homely. I will not use ******* or recommend their services to any friends or family.

Holulu has a very good bus service TheBus. Especially, if you use HOLO card, senior HOLO card, it ís very cost effective. Bishop Suite is located in very well to use TheBus. Also, I found this time Google Map is very helpful to use TheBus effectively. I had a very good time in Honolulu living in Bishop Suite using TheBus.

The room was flawless, our room included utensils and kitchenware. Heated mirror for after showers, a gorgeous view, separate areas and soft sheets. My husband and I will be booking again!

The room was much more spacious than it looked on listing and the view of downtown was amazing. Was able to check in early once room was ready and loved the Korean convenience store right downstairs!

Had room issues at the beginning. Staff was very helpful in making us comfortable and rectifying our situation.

This was an apartment in downtown Honolulu, not the greatest location for families. The unit was a good size, but sound traveled through the walls and it was an older building. The kitchen was well equipped, but some extras like paper towel would have been helpful. Only stayed one night , was comfortable enough.

Check in process was okay. garage parking was confusing only upon entering. couldn’t see stall numbers too clear it was dark. Garage has its own elevators and the suites has its own. The check in office is in a 3rd set of elevators.The room was clean and very spacious wow! Floor 40 has spectacular city and ocean views! Washer/Dryer was great to have but do not load more than a small sized load or it will spin so hard and sound like it will explode and this was a medium sized load not even heavy. Gain detergent provided. Blackout drapes were nice. Two sets of towels on entire bathroom. No hand towels or paper in kitchen. No dining tabl place mats. The walls are not paper thin however you do hear noises. Standard bathroom amenities in small travel sized containers. The Palmolive dish soap in kitchen was for sure watered down. No dishwasher detergent. Missing rice spatula. Clean fridge and stove/oven. Bed creamed loud, headboard loose every move in bed I made the headboard would hit the wall. great smart TV switched rooms at first as tvs didn’t work. First night fire alarm pulled middle of night wasted 40 flights down just to be told was false alarm. Ac is great but had recurring fan noises in bedroom vents. Elevators require room fob scanner to go up and can only go to your specific flr. Overall, nice stay not too bad but it was my first time staying at this place usually stay at Aston sunset or banyan in South Waikiki and honestly, probably going to go back to Aston Banyan.

Room looked to be clean when we first showed up then soon after getting our first meal for the day and coming back to the hotel. We find roaches everywhere on the floor, the wall, and even the fridge. We were even worried if any got into our suitcase because there was a time when we found a roach on our luggage. Don’t get me wrong we had fun but not because of the hotel. Hawaii is amazing just that this hotel definitely was the downside to the trip.
