Moxy Shenzhen North Station

Great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is fantastic, making it very convenient for exploring and dining, and it's very close to Shenzhen North Station. The front desk staff, May, Vivian, and Lucy, provided excellent service.

If you are looking for a hotel in the Shenzhen North/Hongshan area with Marriott DNA, a trendy vibe, convenient transit, and a price point around 500–600 RMB, Moxy is a top choice with a high repeat-guest rate. It's not a traditional luxury hotel, but it scores full marks for a laid-back atmosphere, great photo ops, and location convenience. Daisy and Jessica were warm, attentive, and extremely helpful.

Room and cleanliness: Compact space yet strong on design (pegboard wall, wall-mounted folding table, separate wet and dry areas). The bedding was soft and bouncy, the shower water pressure was great, and it was clean with no weird smells—outperformed expectations. Jessica was warm and friendly, proactively offering a complimentary upgrade to a better room, granting a late check-out, and checking in on our stay experience.

A youthful version of W by Marriott, and a trendy hangout for high-speed rail transfer travelers. It's not a traditional luxury hotel, but it really gets how young people want to travel: hassle-free, Instagram-worthy, and affordable. Checked in quite late and Jessica kindly upgraded us to a larger room. Her warm and friendly attitude exceeded expectations and made the stay even more memorable.

I stay at this hotel every time I'm in Shenzhen for business, and I especially love the public area on the 3th floor. It's great for working, socializing, and throwing parties. The outdoor balcony has cozy sofas where you can enjoy coffee or tea, and the breakfast is pretty good too.

The overall stay exceeded expectations! The Moxy Crew, led by Brian, was enthusiastic and professional, and requests were handled promptly. The room was spotlessly clean, and the public areas offered plenty of fun activities. It's perfectly suited for both business travelers and get-togethers with friends, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling through the North Railway Station. Before check-in, Jessica proactively helped coordinate the room type, and her attentive follow-up throughout the entire stay felt completely natural and caring. The self-service laundry on the 1st floor is very convenient—such thoughtful touches really add extra points, living up to the standards expected of Marriott.
