Istanbul Airport Express Hotel

The room was clean, with a little of cigarette smell but that was okay I did not request for smoking free room. 20 minutes away from the airport which is great for transfers that you can spend for proper sleep, shower and many very affordable food nearby the area, highly recommended.

Great hotel, amazing staff, they are not greedy at all and the location is the best.

The hotel is a bit run down and in need of being revamped on the whole. Not sure why there’s steos within the room just right after you enter the room which us unnecessary especially when we have huge luggages. Breakfast was very simple. We chose the hotel as it’s quite close to the area - stll require 30 mins of travelling by car.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. For starters all of the rooms were filled with stains on carpet, floors and linen. There was a used menstrual pad in my toilet and garbage on the floor in the room and outside of it. I asked to change rooms only to see that ALL of the rooms are super gross and then when I asked for a refund the refused and kept showing me new rooms… even after 2 hours I still had to go to rooms that had all been smoked in and where super disgusting. The area around is super filthy and far from the airport which you have to pay extra for if you want an airport drop off… do you self a favour and never check in to this hotel.
