The lady at the front desk was great; she gave us a free upgrade to a suite. The hotel room's hardware and software were both good, and the environment was quite peaceful. The breakfast setting in the morning was nice, but there wasn't much variety in the food.

The environment is superb, breakfast is extensive, and the Western restaurant food is also excellent.

This hotel offers great value for money. The room is spacious, with a living room and kitchen. It's clean and hygienic. Getting to all the attractions by tuk-tuk is very convenient. I'm very satisfied with my stay here.

My spouse and I stayed here for the first time, based on a recommendation from a friend who had previously visited. The pool water is chlorine-free, which is great for a pleasant swim without any burden on the body. The dedicated yoga studio, athletic gym, and SPA offer a wide range of activities and menus to choose from, which is very appealing. I personally participated in kickboxing and received instruction tailored to my skill level. The food also caters to vegans and vegetarians, so I believe anyone can enjoy a delicious meal. Furthermore, having Japanese-speaking local staff on hand for any issues provides great peace of mind. Overall, it was an extremely satisfying stay.

After our temple tour, we were able to relax in a calm and peaceful atmosphere. As a couple in our 50s, we don't have the energy to party all night on Pub Street, so this hotel was perfect for a relaxing stay. All the staff were very kind and attentive. There were even staff members who spoke Japanese, which added a warm touch. You can also join free yoga classes taught by an instructor from India, who teaches even beginners with great care. We didn't use them this time, but the hotel also has a large public bath, similar to a Japanese onsen, and a well-equipped fitness room. At the breakfast buffet, you can choose your ingredients for pho and omelets, which are then cooked on the spot. The other menu items were also extensive and all very delicious.

I arrived quite late by bus and had to wait a long time to check in. They upgraded my room, and it was very spacious. The hotel itself is large with a great ambiance, and the breakfast selection was extensive.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend it. The room was spacious and had a kitchen. I stayed in room 316, which was across from the pool. The breakfast was great, with plenty of choices, unless you're a gourmet, of course. Housekeeping was daily. The pool was excellent, and the gym was fantastic. The grounds are large with plenty of places to sit, and birds sing in the morning. The spa is twice as expensive as in the city. I can't judge the quality as I didn't get a chance to use it. But overall, I would definitely come back here again!

The hotel's facilities are brand new, the rooms are spacious, and the greenery is excellent. The staff are very welcoming and there are various exercise activities daily, making it perfect for families. The hotel's location is also very close to Angkor Wat. After visiting the temples in the morning, it's lovely to relax, swim, and get a massage at the hotel in the afternoon. The only minor drawback is that the breakfast selection and taste are quite average.
