After our temple tour, we were able to relax in a calm and peaceful atmosphere. As a couple in our 50s, we don't have the energy to party all night on Pub Street, so this hotel was perfect for a relaxing stay. All the staff were very kind and attentive. There were even staff members who spoke Japanese, which added a warm touch. You can also join free yoga classes taught by an instructor from India, who teaches even beginners with great care. We didn't use them this time, but the hotel also has a large public bath, similar to a Japanese onsen, and a well-equipped fitness room. At the breakfast buffet, you can choose your ingredients for pho and omelets, which are then cooked on the spot. The other menu items were also extensive and all very delicious.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend it. The room was spacious and had a kitchen. I stayed in room 316, which was across from the pool. The breakfast was great, with plenty of choices, unless you're a gourmet, of course. Housekeeping was daily. The pool was excellent, and the gym was fantastic. The grounds are large with plenty of places to sit, and birds sing in the morning. The spa is twice as expensive as in the city. I can't judge the quality as I didn't get a chance to use it. But overall, I would definitely come back here again!

This is undoubtedly the best hotel of the year! From the moment I checked in, I was deeply impressed by their outstanding service. They even had a 'Lucky Box' draw, and I won a 15-minute foot massage. It was a fantastic Cambodian-style massage, very professional, and definitely worth coming back for. On my departure day, I tried the yoga class arranged by the hotel. The Indian instructor was incredibly professional and excellent. The 7:30 AM class is complimentary, and subsequent classes cost $10 including tax, which is absolutely worth experiencing. When I got injured during my trip and informed the front desk, they immediately brought a first-aid kit to help me. Upon mentioning mosquitoes, they promptly provided three mosquito repellents and an electronic mosquito killer. These thoughtful and warm details truly made my Angkor trip very satisfying and happy. Siem Reap Never Ends!!!! 🇰🇭

I have stayed at a lot of 5 star resorts throughout Asia and TUI Blue is easily one of the finest I've been to, from reception to meals to the cleaning staff, grounds staff, and spa staff. I booked this TUI Blue late because I was completely dissatisfied with a nearby hotel that did not provide the luxury service they advertised. The worst decision I made on this vacation was booking that other hotel and the best decision was leaving and booking TUI Blue. Upon arriving we were met by Somalai, from reception, who took our bags, gave us a cold towel to refresh ourselves and a welcome drink. It is just what I would expect and a precursor to the experience I was about to have. Alogic gave me a short tour as he showed me to my room and was blown away at the accommodations. Our Welcome was fantastic and showed me exactly what I was to expect from my stay that the other hotel could only fathom. Rooms were huge with lounge, kitchen, tub and shower, two patios, and comfortable beds. The large pool was clean, with comfortable lounges with a gorgeous landscape. Had a great spa treatment and had access to a Japanese bath. We booked our Angkor Wat tour with reception and it was excellent and exceeded my expectations. At every stop we were given a cold towel to wash and ice cold water to refresh and replenish ourselves in the intense heat. Our guide and van driver were excellent and made out tour special. TUI Blue offered exceptional service and quality and I will forever be grateful for turning what could have been a nightmare at another hotel into a dream experience.

It is a very beautiful hotel with a lot of greenery, the room is specious and plenty of space at the pool. Breakfast is delicious and with a very helpful staffs. I cannot wait to be back again and very recommended.
