Location and property so good. But not to much clean in toilet it's normal rooms. Swimming pool so big and nice one. Have prayer rooms so mulslim friendly hotel

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Mataram and within walking distance to a large shopping mall. On top of that, it boasts a spacious garden and a swimming pool, making the environment truly superb. However, the room itself was a bit disappointing. The towels provided were quite yellowed, and the shower only had one shower gel, with no soap even at the sink. The breakfast was a buffet, and while the variety wasn't huge, everything tasted delicious (except for the orange juice, which was awful).

The place was so nice and clean! I accidentally left the key to my motorbike in the parking lot, and the security staff kept it safe for me — really appreciate their honesty. Everyone here is always smiling and welcoming, which made my stay even better. Too bad I could only stay for one night, but I’ll definitely be back to enjoy the pool and spa next time. Highly recommend!

Good, I always stay here if I go to Mataram. Location good easy to go to Malls and restaurants. Beside hotel got Alfamart but close early. Everything is not bad just one thing I not satisfied with, I always walk far to check in hotel but the card always not working first time I checked in.. need to walk very far to lobby again hope can improve system

It’s a very old hotel and a lot of insects all around. It’s conveniently located along the main road and there’s road side stalls nearby. The hotel really needs to be upgraded and renovated. It’s in a very bad condition and scary.
