The Charleston Place

From the first greeting by the parking attendants upon arrival to the pleasant check out by the staff at the front desk every interaction with the staff at The Charleston place was excellent. We will be quick to return the next time visit to Charleston.

Top of the line hotel and service The top of the line check in was spectacular.

Location is the best in Charleston! It seemed as though Fitness center is in transition. I would expect a more polished look once finished.

Can't say enough good things about the Charleston Place Hotel. Great location, amazing staff, attention to detail.

Everything was excellent. The room was freshly remodeled. The staff was just awesome. And there was a complementary upgrade to a room with a balcony. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

The staff and the rooms were amazing. The renovation is beautiful. However, we were disappointed to learn that the shops inside the hotel won’t be there anymore, and we missed the coffee shop that used to be there as well. We could still get out of the hotel and onto King Street while we were there, but were no longer able to walk through any shops to get out directly onto Meeting Street. I’m sure they have some great renovations for the space though. Still a great stay!

Exceptional quality and attention to detail throughout the property and our lodging and dining experience. The room we stayed in was lovely, everything clean and updated. Even the light colored furniture and carpets were spotless. Kudos! We shall return.
