Everyone was incredibly patient and attentive, always willing to help with a smile and making us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. You can really feel that this hotel is run with heart, not just as a business.
The room itself was excellent — spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Considering the quality of the room, the service, and the overall experience, the value for money is outstanding. What truly sets this hotel apart is how generous and thoughtful the team is. They kindly offered us complimentary shuttle services, which made getting around extremely convenient and stress-free. Even more impressive, when we told them that we needed to wake up very early (around 4:30 a.m.) for our Angkor Wat sunrise visit, they thoughtfully prepared breakfast in advance for us. This level of care and flexibility is rare and deeply appreciated, especially when traveling.
