Radisson RED Jingyue Changchun

I chose to stay here for two nights while on a business trip to Changchun. The hotel is very new, and the one-bedroom suite is incredibly spacious with a sensible layout and fully equipped furnishings, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff, Zehua, added me on WeChat immediately and was very helpful during my stay, which I really appreciate. The only small issue was that the mineral water wasn't replenished promptly on the second day, and I had to call room service twice. Other than that, everything was great! Breakfast was just okay, but the restaurant downstairs offers excellent value for money!

The service was excellent, and Xin Xin at the front desk was incredibly warm and welcoming. She gave my child lots of gifts, which made them so happy! The breakfast was rich and varied, and the environment was beautiful. The hotel has a strong artistic vibe; every picture you take looks amazing.

Came to Changchun for a trip during the May Day holiday and was extremely satisfied overall. It truly lives up to its 5-diamond quality, and the price was quite a good deal. The breakfast was plentiful, and the rooms were well-equipped and luxurious. I haven't encountered a hotel in Changchun that provides a Dyson hairdryer before! The hotel also has a courtyard on the first floor, and the overall design style is very unique. It truly deserves its recognition on design lists. Upon check-in, I got the contact information for our butler, Daniel. During our two-day stay, he was incredibly responsive and attentive to every request. He helped with sending packages, carrying luggage, delivering items, and always replied quickly, no matter the time. He definitely deserves a shout-out! It was a very satisfying stay, five-star review!

This hotel is really great! I was so surprised they even offer travel photography – I didn't expect that at all. I was in a rush and not exactly a young girl anymore, so I didn't try it this time. But if I have more time next time, I definitely want to give it a go, especially since you get 9 free shots! The voco hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the beautiful retro red and black design. Both the lobby and the corridors are super photogenic. The room was clean and luxurious, the bedding was incredibly soft, and the floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much natural light. The ambiance is just perfect, making it ideal for a romantic getaway. Hailey Zhang, the receptionist, was so kind and thoughtful, she even upgraded our room type. The breakfast was exquisite, and the hotel's location is fantastic – very close to Jingyuetan, Wanda Plaza, and Siji Nanhe. It's super convenient to come back and relax after a day of sightseeing. They even have a thoughtful late-night snack service from 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

The front desk staff, both the lovely ladies and handsome gentlemen, were incredibly warm and thoughtful. It's rare to find such comprehensive service at a hotel front desk these days, truly impressive! The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and my stay was fantastic. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!
