Swiss-Grand Beach Resort Kuantan

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, the surroundings were clean, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. We truly felt appreciated as guests. Both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. This hotel is also very kid-friendly! My child absolutely loved the swimming pool and mini water park. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast was also fantastic, with delicious food and a wide variety of choices. Overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely choose this hotel again whenever we visit Kuantan. Highly recommended for families with kids! ❤️

The environment was so peaceful, and the lobby was absolutely amazing! 😍 Even though it’s haze season 😂, the place still felt relaxing, fresh, and welcoming. The atmosphere was great, making it the perfect spot to unwind and escape from the busy daily routine. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider coming back again. Highly recommended! ✨ It just that the call operator is difficult to reach, hope they will improve on this part. And the kids club a bit boring

Good resort with access to beach. The pool also good and big. The room is spacious with the view to the sea. The breakfast choice has variety selection

very great experience stay at the hotel. all the service was good. kids love the pool

We had a wonderful 3D2N family stay at Swiss-Garden Beach Resort Kuantan. The resort is very family-friendly and perfect for those travelling with children. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. We also requested connecting rooms on the same level, and the staff did their best to accommodate our request, which we really appreciated. The beach is beautiful and easily accessible, and the swimming pools were the highlight for our kids. There were plenty of facilities for families, and the environment was relaxing. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service was excellent. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back again for another family vacation. Highly recommended for families visiting Kuantan.

Good environment and a comfortable, standard hotel that is suitable for a family vacation.

The room itself is nice. However, the hallway looks old, and doesn’t smell good. Service is normal, considered as good but below expectation for 5* resort (welcome drink is self-served, carry your own luggage and find the room yourself, etc). The cafe in the resort is very nice and chill.

Overall, everything was good. The room was comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. Had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
