the room condition is really very bad! bed was very uncomfortable, only one pillow that doesn't feel existed! worst is the carpet floors, it is full of stains and feels so dirty! Bath tub was moldy too! 4 nights stay was sooo unbearable. Ski school is good. Restaurants at the resort is very overpriced and taste awful

Very old hotel as a ski resort. Room was very dark and the layout was not well designed. Public bath was very very old and not well maintained.

The place is perfect if you are going for ski but other than that if it’s green/off season you have nothing else to do but sleep do onsen. I might go back again but I will make sure during winter season. Room wise it’s bigger than Tokyo hotels.

The hotel is nice & clean, with many restaurants to pick. Food is nice. Two convenience serve the purpose for small little things such as ice-cream, bread & drinks!
