I stayed at Royal Island from June 2nd to 10th, and I loved everything about it. We arrived around 12-1 PM, got checked in right away, and were directed to lunch. My room was great; I could see palm trees from the shower. I want to give a special shoutout to the manager, Saida, for her attentiveness and for quickly resolving all my queries 🫂🩷. I stayed in Villa 213, which had a large lagoon on the sheltered side. I've never swam so much in my life! You can walk straight into the ocean without needing water shoes. The breakwaters don't spoil the view, and between them, there's access to the reef – you can either swim or walk over the rocks (wearing flip-flops). On the reef, I saw a turtle, millions of fish, large rays, and the most incredible thing was spotting two manta rays! 😍😍😍 The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping was excellent (a big thank you to our cleaning boy Rashid). Also, a huge thank you to all the chefs who worked so hard to prepare fresh dishes and salads – everything was delicious and varied, including tasty steaks and seafood. We had to leave the island early at 5 AM, but they provided us with breakfast, so it didn't really add to the general travel fatigue. I thoroughly enjoyed my vacation and wouldn't rule out coming back again. Thank you, Royal Island! 💙
