Everything was perfect, even the car elevator to access the parking, which I was a little apprehensive about.

Recién estrenado. Buen diseño, de calidad. Buenas amenities. Insonorización perfecta. Recepción solvente. Falta baño en el lobby. Localización perfecta. Spa de pago. Volvería.

Ha sido una estancia excelente todo muy limpio muy bien ubicado y todo el personal amabilísimo, repetiremos seguro.

The best thing about this hotel is undoubtedly its location, just steps from the Plaza Mayor. It has parking, which must be booked in advance and costs €23. However, despite having 5 stars and being newly opened, I think it's a bit of an exaggeration. To begin with, the room is quite small for a 5-star hotel. The bed is enormous, but precisely because of this, it takes up a large part of the available space. I've even stayed in 3-star hotels with larger rooms. Another significant flaw is that there's nowhere to put a suitcase down, let alone two. An incomprehensible oversight. We had to leave our suitcase on a desk, but if we'd brought another one, I don't know where we could have put it without it obstructing the flow of traffic in the room. Another thing I didn't like, although I admit it's very subjective, is that the sink is inside the room. I prefer a traditional bathroom. They also made a poor choice when selecting the television, as using the remote control was a complete nightmare. I'm sure that if my mother or mother-in-law were to come, they wouldn't be able to watch TV. They also didn't do a great job choosing the hangers for the wardrobe: they fall off as soon as you hang anything on them because the system they have to attach them to the rod stretches out easily, and they often end up falling. And to find out the prices of the products in the refrigerator, you have to use a QR code. They aren't available on paper, so, as I said, if my mother and mother-in-law come, they'd have to order something without knowing the price... If you don't want to have breakfast at the hotel, there's a good café 100 meters away and several more between 300 and 400 meters. In short, a very good location, but details that could be improved and amenities that don't justify the €210/night it cost on their website.

I had the pleasure of visiting the newly opened hotel, and I must say I loved it. However, I would like to offer some constructive feedback on things I believe need improvement to truly deserve its fifth star. I won't comment on the value for money, as my wife and I took advantage of a special offer for city residents, and obviously, dinner, accommodation, and breakfast for 160 euros is a steal. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were particularly friendly. Regarding the room, which was beautifully designed and decorated, I would suggest adding a footrest in the shower to place bottles, sponges, and other toiletries without having to bend down. Perhaps a grab bar would also be helpful for balance, as I'm not getting any younger. Another suggestion, which I haven't seen implemented in any other hotel of this category (not that I've been to many), is to inquire about bathrobe sizes. I'm tall, and the bathrobe was too small for me, while my wife is barely five feet tall, and the bathrobe was much too big for her. The meal, dinner to be more precise, was good, but I'll also make a couple of suggestions: if you serve olives (very tasty, by the way) as an appetizer, provide a container for the pits. Also, put something on the cutlery to rest on, so we avoid unnecessarily soiling the placemat. The breakfast was spectacular. Finally, the stairs leading up to the pool should have some kind of lighting, as it's dangerous to climb them at night. I know they've just opened, and that excellence takes time. I hope these ideas can help. I can't resist concluding by mentioning something a friend has repeated to me many times during the renovations: the hotel entrance doesn't have the grandeur one would expect from a five-star hotel. I know, given the location, that it was difficult to do better, but it's a shame.
