The room was clean and the surroundings were quiet, plus it was convenient to get to the nearby 7-Eleven. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and the selection was decent. The only downside was a slight water leak from the bathroom into the room.

We absolutely loved the hotel; everything was so clean, cozy, and welcoming. The staff at the front desk were always incredibly kind and polite to us. The housekeepers were also lovely and always helped us out when we forgot our room key. The chefs and their assistants always cooked delicious food. A huge thank you to all the staff at this wonderful place; you made our stay so much better. We miss you! ❤️🙏🏻

This is a great hotel in a convenient area. I enjoyed everything except the breakfast. While everything was fresh, the breakfast was very sparse. There was nothing for my child to eat; they only had vegetables. For adults, the lack of hot milk was a big issue. If you like hot coffee with milk in the morning, forget about it. You'll have to drink it cold. The pool is spotless but has limited operating hours. I would have liked to relax in the cool water longer in the evening. There's also a problem with parking. One day the lot is empty, and the next there's nowhere to park. It's unclear what to do about it, especially since there's an attendant who keeps jumping out with a flashlight, making it difficult to park properly and insisting on adherence to markings even where more cars could fit. The accessible parking is far from the entrance, and there's no ramp at all. There's no complimentary water in the room; they deduct it from your deposit.

Great clean hotel! I can recommend it. The staff are very welcoming and helpful! There's a park nearby, so you can go for a run or a walk in the morning and evening. The pool isn't huge, but it's not tiny either. You can swim, jump around, and sunbathe! Sawadee Krab 😄

Clean, spacious room – my kid could even sleep comfortably. The price was really affordable, and there's a convenience store nearby. The pool was also a good size. Everything was great! I'll definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying here. The service is good. Housekeeping is excellent. The woman who works as the cook is the best! Sweet, polite, and caring! Thank you!

We stayed in Pattaya for 4 days and chose the quiet area of Pratumnak. We picked this hotel because the price-to-quality ratio was excellent. The breakfasts were wonderful, served from 7-10:30 AM, and quite varied. The staff were lovely, making us omelets with our chosen ingredients and being very accommodating with our child. The coffee was delicious. There's a small pool with a comfortable water temperature. There's a separate kids' section, 60 cm deep, and the adult pool is 120 cm deep. It was open from 7 AM to 7 PM. Towels are provided, and there are sun loungers and comfortable padded recliners. Our room had a microwave, a large fridge with a freezer, a full kitchenette, and basic tableware. The mattresses were a bit firm for me, but the pillows were comfortable. Everything was fresh, and there were no insects. Housekeeping was done upon request. The water pressure was good, and everything felt new. There was also a balcony with a table and two chairs. We rented a motorbike and explored all of Pattaya. Thank you for your hospitality!
