Homewood Suites by Hilton Stratford

We were very pleased with our stay at the Homesuites by Hilton. So much so that we're going to seek out the Homewood Suits when we travel to other locations. The suite had two separate bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. In addition there was a common room between the bedrooms. Clean, comfortable and convenient. In addition complimentary breakfast and dinner!

We only stayed 1 night and did not have a chance to use all the amenities. The breakfast was delicious. Parking was easy. Staff was friendly. The room was clean and well maintained.

Breakfast was excellent. Stayed in the Executive suite and it was very nice and big. The only thing that I could say was bad is sleeping on a pull out bed. I don't know of any pull out beds that are comfortable.

Clean room. Responsive staff. Friendly and professional. Best hotel breakfast we’ve ever eaten!!

Staff was okay, I want to feel noticed and appreciated and it felt like I was was a bother when I arrived. It wasn’t until the last day there when the staff truly warmed up to and acknowledged me.

Place was clean could use hand soap in kitchen also the closet door knobs was loose or missing breakfast was good fresh fruit cereal for kids staff was very pleasant

It's ok for a fast place to stay - didn't use pool or exercise, rooms are basically in good condition, staff is helpful. Pricing is a little high for the area.

Very friendly staffs, nice breakfast and spacious room. However the kichen and room should be clean carefully. I brought my toddler granddaughter during this family trip. My husband and I saw like ants & bugs near kichen area and table too. So we let the reception desk it. The staffs solved this issue so quickly and very nicely. So I thank the all staffs. We were changed the room. For the next guests and the reputation of Hilton, the keep cleaning is the priority. Thank you.
