Every time I bring my kids to Singapore, I love staying here. The hotel environment is fantastic, really embodying that Southeast Asian resort vibe, and it offers good value for money on Sentosa. There's a free shuttle bus every 15 minutes to Universal Studios and VivoCity, Singapore's largest mall, which makes getting around super convenient. This time, there was a minor misunderstanding due to a hotel oversight, but Trip.com promptly and efficiently resolved it, ensuring our holiday wasn't marred by any unhappiness. We were very satisfied! 👍

The breakfast selection was great, and the facilities were decent. For the price, it was a little underwhelming. The swimming pool was also alright. The service wasn't particularly enthusiastic, but overall, it was an acceptable stay.

Our stay at Sofitel Sentosa was a pleasant weekend. While the hotel experience was good, having stayed at many other 5-Star hotels, we found that the hotel is just average. There were no complimentary water bottles inside the room, no “welcome gift” and no other amenities that could “stand-out” from the rest of typical 5-Star hotels. Overall, we still had a wonderful staycation. Thank you to the team for the warm hospitality.

Requested for higher floor when booking, but still given with a very quiet ground floor with a lot of mosquitoes and the room were a bit dated . The free shuttle service to Vivo City is the only advantage .

Service and staffs are still great like before. Rooms are generally well maintained and clean. Breakfast buffet is however disappointing. Variety is little and quality is subpar compared to other similar hotels.
