Hotel was overall quite good. It was in a convenient enough area, about half an hour away from Placa de Catalunya. Cleanliness was great, I didn't notice anything bad in that aspect. However, there were a few problems which made me feel like it was not worth the price I paid for this hotel. First thing is the noise, the rooms were not sound proof at all, so I could hear other guests in their bathrooms as well as cleaners in the hallway, and people talking quite loudly which disturbed my sleep. Another thing was the bathroom, it felt very awkward to use as the door is pretty much see through, so the other person in your room can see you and hear you use the toilet and shower. The door to the bathroom didn't close all the way and there were small gaps so I felt really exposed. The shower was really nice, but the sliding door kept sliding back open whilst showering, so I had to try and hold it shut when showering which was really inconvenient. The one lift in the hotel was small but enough for a few people to fit so it wasn't a big deal. Aside from these issues, my overall stay was fine but I did feel like considering the price was pretty expensive, these issues did affect the quality of my stay. We managed to get room service, I ordered a pizza which was overpriced at 20 euros, it was edible but not great, as it was overcooked and the crust was very hard. Aside from this, the beds were comfortable and the free bottle of water in the room was a nice touch. There was also many towels which was nice.
