A nice place for a weekend retreat in the heart of the Northern Vosges. The breakfast buffet should have something for everybody (just don’t go late). The spa is a big plus and very enjoyable, especially on a sunny day like we had. The hotel’s incoherent mishmash of styles over several extensions and renovations is an attraction in itself.

Very friendly staf. Were really understanding and kind with solving an issue of one of our travellers in the group. Thank you! Food delicious. Comfort and location perfect. Would recommend this hotel for this region. Will be back when in that area.

We came here for 3 nights as a weekend get-away and we really loved it. The hotel has everything we need and it was very calm and relaxing there. I was happy to see it was really clean and our room was big enough, well furnished and seemed to be quite new. Service was helpful and friendly and breakfast was really nice as well. Would go back there any time!

It's a slightly old-fashioned but very pleasant hotel. The spa is fantastic. The location is quiet, close to hiking trails. A bad experience at the restaurant, both for the service and the menu. The comfort room is spacious and the breakfast excellent.

The bedroom was good absolutly no complains. Dinner was very good, a lot of flavors that you don't usually find in a restaurant. Breakfast is excellent but from my opinion the number of jars is exaggerated even in times of covid. I found the relaxation area very good, but I am not an expert.

Sehr schönes tolles Spa Hotel, super Frühstück Buffet, geräumige Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen, einziges Manko kleine Karte zum Abendessen. Viele schöne Ausflüge kann man von dort machen, einfach nur schön.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait à l’Hôtel Spa La Clairière. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par une équipe professionnelle, souriante et aux petits soins. La chambre était spacieuse, impeccablement propre et décorée avec goût. Le lit était extrêmement confortable et la vue depuis notre balcon était superbe. Le spa est un véritable bijou : piscine intérieure et extérieure, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam… tout est pensé pour la détente. Le petit déjeuner, copieux et varié, est un vrai moment de plaisir pour bien commencer la journée. Un immense bravo à toute l’équipe de l’Hôtel Spa la clairière. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation et recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés !
