The kitchen lacks basic dishes: two pots, one huge and the other small - both without lids, some kind of lid that does not fit anything, no knife, board, etc. Frying pans need to be thrown away, after the intervention we were provided with 2 frying pans - small and medium, but it does not change the fact that what we found in this room is absolutely unacceptable. In general, the "apartment" requires a general renovation and cleaning, and the bed needs to be replaced - by the way, you can't sleep on it because it sinks in. In addition, the offer is inconsistent with the description on Booking - parking away. We walked about 0.8 kg uphill with bags🤦🏻♀️ the description says that getting to the "apartment" on skis - a scam. The room is dusty, dirty. After the intervention they gave us 100 E back! Embarrassing! This type of treatment of a customer is unacceptable.
