The location is very convenient. I booked a standard room, and since it was my third stay, I received a complimentary upgrade to a partial sea view room on the 5th floor, which also had a huge balcony. You need to book the hotel buffet in advance before checking in, otherwise, you'll have to sit on the lawn outside the restaurant.

Extremely satisfied! The service was attentive and thorough. Especially this morning when the roads were closed for the marathon, and the driver I booked couldn't get in, two doormen used the hotel shuttle to take me to the intersection and even helped me get across the road. It was truly a lifesaver, so grateful. I will definitely choose HALEKULANI again next time!

Great location on Waikiki, very nice private and quiet beach. The rooms are new and very clean. The staff service is impeccable. Would have been nice to have some fruits in the room and more advices from the concierge to help organize interesting tours. Our room was facing the ocean and the view is beautiful!
