Lijiang Moon View · Quiet Holiday Lakeside Hotel (Guilin Two Rivers & Four Lakes Area)

The hotel is located right by Rong Lake, near the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, which is very quiet. In the mornings, you can hear birds chirping from the park. It's a 15-minute walk to the free Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area, and a 7-minute walk to see the Sun and Moon Pagodas at night, where you can also take a cruise. This location pretty much covers all the attractions in Guilin city. All the hotel staff were lovely, and I especially want to thank a female staff member or supervisor at the front desk – I'm not entirely sure which she was. It had been raining for days, and after checking out, we canceled our train to Yangshuo, fearing flooding and that we wouldn't be able to enjoy ourselves there. She told us that since we had traveled so far, we should still go and see it, as the scenery is beautiful and it doesn't rain constantly; we wouldn't know until we got there. So, we re-bought our tickets and went. She even helped us make a waterproof cover for our child's camera, which was incredibly thoughtful. When we got there, we found it hadn't rained for the past two days, and we were able to enjoy bamboo rafting and everything. The scenery truly was breathtaking, and it was definitely worth the trip! Coming all the way from Beijing, it certainly made our long journey worthwhile. We came here in a hurry this time and didn't plan anything, relying entirely on the information and advice from the front desk concierge. Their explanations made everything so much clearer. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next trip.

The facilities here are really smart, and the smart features are comprehensive and easy to use. The bedding is quite good, I personally feel it's better than similar hotels. The service is quite warm, and they even offer free laundry service and an extra afternoon tea. The environment is compact, not very spacious. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the stir-fried dishes are excellent, so I'd guess the restaurant overall is pretty good.

The hotel facilities are new, clean, and the environment is pleasant. It's close to the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, very quiet, and within walking distance to attractions. The service is excellent, warm, and attentive. It's worth mentioning that the hotel also offers laundry and delivery services, which is a thoughtful touch!

The room layout was well-designed, and the bathtub was incredibly comfortable! The projector screen was huge. From the balcony, we had a fantastic view of Rong Lake, sparkling in the daytime and beautifully lit up at night. The restaurant offered a great variety of dishes, including delicious local specialties. They even gave us a complimentary beer fish! The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant were all incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and polite. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Sun and Moon Pagodas, the bustling pedestrian street, and East and West Alleys. Despite being central, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful rest. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I look forward to visiting again!

Facilities: Quite modern! They have a water purifier with temperature control, and plenty of bottled mineral water. There's also an electric towel rack. The only minor thing is that the toilet is a bit small. Cleanliness: Very clean. Ambiance: Excellent. Service: Very warm and accommodating, always ready to help with anything. The location is also great. I'd definitely stay here again next time!

The rooftop design is pretty good, and the front desk service was excellent; they prepared everything thoughtfully. The restaurant food was also quite good, and there are many attractions nearby, making it convenient for getting around. The only downside is that the glass doesn't seem to be soundproof, so it was a bit noisy for sleeping.

The butler service was attentive, and the room's smart features were impressive. The surrounding environment was great, and the kids' bed was set up with a partition, making it very comfortable to sleep in. It's perfect for families with children. The butler was also very responsive. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Great location! It's right inside the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, next to Rong Lake. You just step downstairs and you're at a popular photo spot. Elephant Trunk Hill is also within walking distance. So convenient! Highly recommend!
