Friendly arrival at check in. Room (3-1) was just okay, both in upkeep of the room and what was in it. I get that it is trying to look like yesterday but it is fine line to being rundown. It was very hard to get the air conditioner to make the room anything other than really cold. Free snack and water room on the second floor open in the afternoon and evening. The biggest downside for me was the noise. I can live with the occasional flights, but there was also jackhammering from road construction right out front. This also made it more difficult to get Grab cars.

An amazing hotel in Nimman! The room smelled wonderful and was spotlessly clean, and the shampoo and soap smelled incredible too. If I visit Chiang Mai again, I will only stay here. I loved it so much—great atmosphere, extremely comfortable bed, and absolute perfection in every way!

📍 On Nimman Road, it's quiet at night, so no issues with sleep. There's a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, which is super convenient. The hotel also has a coffee shop. Amenities: Well-equipped, and the door lock is excellent. Cleanliness: Very clean, with daily housekeeping. Environment: I really liked the hotel's exterior and decor. The communal restrooms were also very clean. The only downside to the room was that the window didn't open well for ventilation. Other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay. The facilities are old, the room is stuffy, and there's a musty smell when you open the door. The 'free snack bar' was locked. The water in the room was also not refilled. The only upside is its proximity to One Nimman! Otherwise, there's nothing good about it.
