Snow Mountain Wake Up Hotel

The service was truly excellent, and they even gave us a free room upgrade. Although we didn't get to see the 'golden sunrise over the snowy mountains' this time, if I have another chance to visit, I'd still be very willing to stay here. Hopefully, next time I'll catch that stunning view.

Traveling solo to Lhasa, this hotel truly made me feel safe and secure. The environment is quiet and has a local charm, and I could see the Potala Palace right from my window. The staff were incredibly friendly and proactively reminded me about altitude sickness precautions. The facilities are also very new, with great hot water and oxygen supply. I felt comfortable and at ease, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was very cozy. The shower had excellent water pressure. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and offered great value for money. I would definitely choose this place again on my next visit! Most importantly, the scenery is absolutely stunning, and the owner helped take some fantastic photos.

I really loved the overall decor and style of the hotel! Thank you to the staff for the complimentary room upgrade; the environment was fantastic. Although we didn't get to see the 'golden mountains in the sunlight' (referring to a specific scenic view), the snow-covered Meili scenery had its own unique charm! All the services were excellent, and the breakfast, snacks, and desserts were delicious. We had a wonderful stay here! The fireworks were absolutely beautiful~ We'd definitely come back again if we have the chance!

Before coming to Feilai Temple, I scoured Xiaohongshu for hotels, and it turns out that choosing 'Waking Up to Snow Mountain' was an incredibly, incredibly, incredibly right decision. I'm also thrilled that I spent my birthday at the foot of Meili Snow Mountain this year. Firstly, the hotel is very clean. The incense in the room smelled particularly pleasant; even a day after leaving Feilai Temple, my clothes still had a faint scent. The toilet and bedding were also very clean, making for a very reassuring stay. The hotel service was also excellent, from the butler service group before check-in, to the rhodiola tea offered upon arrival, the sweet soup on the first night, the snacks in the room (I've never seen a hotel offer such a comprehensive selection of snacks, haha!), and the breakfast – everything was spot on. All the staff had genuinely warm smiles. And of course, the hotel's views are unparalleled. You can see the snow-capped mountains right from your room's balcony, and the view from the fifth floor is even better than from the public viewing platform. We were incredibly lucky to see the 'Golden Mountain Bathed in Sunlight' in the morning!!! Finally, the hotel offers many activities. On the night we checked in, we saw fireworks against the backdrop of the snow mountain. Seeing fireworks on my birthday was truly wonderful! The hotel also provided two free travel photoshoots, and the photographer was amazing! They took two casually beautiful photos of my mom and me. Five stars, five stars, five stars for the photographer!! All in all, a very pleasant stay. Everyone is welcome to 'Waking Up to Snow Mountain'!

The service was excellent. I arrived around 6 PM and couldn't find a parking spot. One call, and a few staff members immediately came out to help me park, which was great. The butler service was also very attentive. The room was an unexpected surprise – it had a direct view of the snow-capped mountains! What a wonderful surprise. I'll definitely be back next time.

So glad we chose this hotel! The location is absolutely unbeatable. My partner and I drove here and had a very comfortable stay with excellent service. If you want to enjoy a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains in comfort, this is the place to be. The photographer was really skilled and took some fantastic photos of me. We were also incredibly lucky to catch a glimpse of the 'Golden Summit bathed in sunlight' (日照金山) – apparently, it had been cloudy for days, so today was the best day to see it! 😊
