Snow Mountain Wake Up Hotel

The absolute best hotel to stay at in Feilai Temple, offering the most incredible viewing angles! Highly recommended. After researching countless hotels for viewing the Meili Snow Mountain and its iconic 'sunlit golden peak' phenomenon, I finally chose 'Awakening Snow Mountain'. I also checked out other properties recommended by travel vloggers, but none of them compared to this one. The hotel faces the snow mountain directly, and with no viewing platforms obstructing the view downstairs, it's easily one of the prime locations in the entire Feilai Temple scenic area. We booked a room on the 4th floor, and we could enjoy a panoramic view of the golden sunrise right from our room and balcony. The 5th-floor terrace features a reflection pool, making the golden peak reflection even more breathtaking. The hotel's organized activities are very thoughtful. There is a romantic fireworks show at 7:00 PM and a documentary screening at 9:00 PM, which really enhances the overall guest experience. The dining is also great. I noticed many guests chose to have dinner right at the hotel. For breakfast, a steaming bowl of rice noodles paired with brown sugar ginger tea is the absolute coziest comfort after watching the sunrise. Once we checked in, we hardly needed to go out anywhere else. We had a wonderful stay.

You can see the snow-capped mountains right from the room, absolutely prime location. Coming to see the Meili Snow Mountains and choosing 'Wake Up' (Xinglai) was definitely the right call.

Both the restaurant and front desk service were great. I really enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant—it was delicious.

You can see the Meili Snow Mountain directly from the room, and I caught the spectacular 'golden sunrise on the snow peak' from the rooftop in the morning. The hotel also offers various daily activities, complimentary sweet soup in the evening, and oxygen supply. Downstairs, there is a breakfast restaurant that also boasts direct views of the snow mountain.

Located just 100 meters from the Feilaishi Viewing Platform, there's no need to wake up early to scramble for a spot—you can admire the entire Meili 13 Peaks right from your own room's terrace! The public space on the 5th floor is also fantastic for taking stunning photos. The hotel service is exceptional; they provide pick-up/drop-off services and help with luggage. With plenty of activities available, you won't get bored even if you stay the whole day! The view restaurant offers both delicious food and gorgeous scenery. Enjoying great food right at the foot of the snow mountains—that's what a true vacation is all about! I will definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay here. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and efficient with check-in and check-out, and they even proactively recommended local spots. The room was spacious, bright, and meticulously cleaned with no strange odors. The mattress offered the perfect balance of firmness and support, ensuring a quiet and restful night's sleep. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and the Wi-Fi was stable. The location is prime, with convenient access to transportation and dining. Overall, it offers great value for money—ideal for both business trips and vacations. Highly recommended! You can get a direct, breathtaking view of the golden sunrise on the Meili Snow Mountain right from the property, and the hotel also has three adorable dogs and a cute cat!

I chose Snow Mountain Awakens Hotel this time, fulfilling my dream of "lying down and watching the snow-capped mountains"! The huge floor-to-ceiling windows framed the snow-capped mountains like a painting. In the morning, I didn't have to jostle with crowds at the observation deck; I just opened my eyes and drew the curtains to witness the breathtaking moment of the golden sun illuminating the peaks. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't perfect, but the intermittently visible Meili Snow Mountain still left me speechless. 🛋️ As someone concerned about altitude sickness, the room was equipped with diffused oxygen and underfloor heating throughout, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep without any of the usual discomfort at high altitudes. The smart room control system was also very convenient, and the full set of Bvlgari toiletries showed real thoughtfulness. 🥘 We had dinner directly at the hotel restaurant, and you really *have* to try their stir-fried yak meat!!! The meat was tender, every dish was incredibly generous in portion, and the restaurant also offered direct views of Meili Snow Mountain. 🎇 The hotel's special activities were also full of ritual. There's a fireworks show every night at 7:50 PM, followed by a documentary on Meili at 9:00 PM, offering an immersive understanding of the stories of the sacred mountains of Tibet. In the morning at 9:30 AM, there's a morning Sang offering, where a mixture of cypress branches, barley, tsampa, and other fragrant ingredients are burned, with the pure smoke offered to the deities to convey gratitude, purification, and prayers.
