I booked a Deluxe King Room, which featured a well-designed partition separating the living room from the bedroom, providing ample space for two people to engage in their own activities independently. The cleanliness was impeccable; daily housekeeping was thorough and excellent. If you're concerned about pest issues in Hong Kong hotels, I can confirm there were none here, which was a key reason I chose the逸兰 (Eaton/Yat Lam - *assuming this is the hotel name based on context*). Finally, the hotel service was thoughtful and appropriate. You can relax in the lounge area while the front desk handles your check-in, and they offer a car-calling service upon checkout.

The room was excellent, and the service was great. I was satisfied with everything. I stay here every time I visit Hong Kong.

A hidden gem of a hotel in Hong Kong! As expected from an SLH property, the quality is top-notch.

The rooms and public areas are a bit small, but it's very clean and conveniently located. The front desk service was good, especially the manager. However, as other reviews mentioned, the restaurant staff wasn't very friendly to mainland Chinese guests. They were dismissive when spoken to in Chinese. Thankfully, my foreign language major came in handy, and their attitude improved slightly when I spoke English, which was still a bit uncomfortable.

I really love the hotel's style; it has a great vibe. The location in the heart of Causeway Bay is perfect, with easy access to the MTR, shopping, and delicious food. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

This was my second stay here, and the quality was just as excellent as before. It's about a 5-minute walk from Causeway Bay Station Exit F1. I slept incredibly well; it was very quiet and peaceful.
