This is a boutique design hotel and is quite new. Many taxi drivers don't know the location, so make sure to have the address ready to show them in advance. The hotel is small, which I like—I'm not a fan of noisy, crowded hotels. It's located in a fairly central area of Causeway Bay. The staff are professional and provide excellent service, and the rooms are very comfortable. However, I'd suggest upgrading the lower-floor rooms with soundproof glass, as it gets too noisy in the early morning and disrupts sleep. While the hotel could provide earplugs in advance, that's definitely only a temporary fix. Bonus points for the Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom, and extra bonus points for the niche, high-end French hand cream. That said, it would be best to replace the bar soap at the sink with liquid hand soap, as the bar soap is quite inconvenient to use.

There's also an abundance of great food options. You'll often see foreigners here, many handsome men and beautiful women. 🌟Decor: The decor is simple yet sophisticated, with a French romantic style that exudes a laid-back, comfortable vibe. Hotel facilities like dining, gym, and laundry room are all well-equipped. The suites are quite spacious, and the bathroom water pressure is strong and very comfortable. The toiletries are high-end and fragrant, truly befitting a luxury brand. Famous paintings are visible everywhere in the rooms, restaurant, and lobby; the hotel feels like an art gallery, reflecting excellent taste. 🍎Service: Upon entering, I was offered a welcome tea, and as part of the executive privileges, a complimentary cocktail (which I unfortunately forgot to try). The staff are very polite and well-trained, meticulous, and always ready to assist. The doorman professionally helped call a taxi 🚕 and handled luggage. The room cleaning was impeccable. Breakfast is semi-buffet, and the afternoon tea desserts are authentic. 🫰Small suggestion: It would be great if the suites could include smart toilets for convenient washing and to keep warm in winter.

The service attitude was excellent. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were served chrysanthemum tea, our luggage was brought straight to our room, and we checked in while sitting comfortably on the sofa. Even though we arrived in the morning, our room was already ready. The room overall was very spacious, though the bathroom was a bit cramped. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, the turn-down service had already been done. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit of a walk from the Causeway Bay MTR station, and the nearest exit doesn't have an escalator, which can be a bit tough if you're carrying large suitcases. Everything else was absolutely perfect.

The hotel lobby was comfortable and refreshing, and the staff were all very friendly throughout my stay! The room was comfortable and had a fresh, white decor. The beds in the twin room were a bit small, but overall the cleanliness was excellent. The only minor drawback was that the soundproofing in the room wasn't particularly good, but overall I was very satisfied!

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Causeway Bay, offering convenient transport links while still providing a tranquil escape from the bustling city. The service is attentive, warm, and professional. Although the hotel isn't large, quality and thoughtful design are evident in every corner, and guests generally seem to be well-mannered. The lobby and restaurant are both beautiful. The rooms, while not spacious, are exceptionally clean and decorated in pleasant, harmonious colors. Lee Garden and various trendy brand stores are just a stone's throw away, making it ideal for shopping.

I always stay at Lanson Place Causeway Bay, Hong Kong whenever I visit HK now. It's beautiful and well-located.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service; communication was smooth and pleasant. The room I booked was also great, full of thoughtful details, and the window offered a view of Causeway Bay's buildings, full of Hong Kong's vibrant atmosphere. I'd likely stay here again if I visit Hong Kong in the future.

As a native Hongkonger, I've stayed in many luxury hotels here. This time, I'm staying because my home is undergoing renovations. The room is extremely clean and quiet everywhere. Whenever I check into hotels around the world, I always check the area between the faucet and the sink for black stains (this room had none), and I use disinfectant wipes to clean all the surfaces I'll touch. This room, however, was exceptionally clean. The staff are all very polite, and the hotel's location is extremely convenient. There are many restaurants nearby (from affordable local eateries to more upscale international options), and shopping is right on your doorstep. There are also two 24-hour convenience stores, and the MTR station is very close by. It's perfect for travelers, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I need to.
