Lanson Place Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

Very good! The interior is newer than I expected, and the lobby has a lovely fragrance. The service was excellent and thoughtful. They upgraded our room to a suite, and there were no soundproofing issues at all (it was super quiet once the inner room's door was closed). I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. A 40-plus square meter room is considered large for Hong Kong.

The location is quite convenient and the service is on point. The room style feels more homey, and considering it's Hong Kong, the room size is pretty spacious. The public areas are beautifully designed. Overall, it's really good!

Super nice! The room was very clean, the decor was striking, the in-room facilities were high-end, and the hotel service was professional. The food was exquisite and delicious. It was Chinese New Year, so it was a bit crowded, and I didn't get to try the famous egg tarts mentioned in the reviews. 😄 In the suite, the first round of drinks from the minibar (excluding alcoholic beverages) was free, including nuts, chips, chocolate, and soft drinks. Plenty of bottled water too. The location is close to Causeway Bay MTR (convenient for getting anywhere), though there are some steps in the station which can be a bit inconvenient with large luggage, but it's acceptable. 😌 Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. One more thing: the extra bed was also very comfortable, not a thin mattress, but a thick one almost as substantial as a regular bed, and the bedding for the extra bed was also excellent – really have to praise that! Hope Eaton (Yilan) continues to improve!

This is my second stay at Eaton House Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, and it's consistently excellent. Room service was prompt, and the room was tidied up very well. I noticed this time that everyone's Mandarin was very fluent, definitely a significant improvement from my last visit. I hope there will be more special offers and promotions in the future!

It's about 10% pricier, but the overall experience is much better. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The service attitude was beyond amazing, truly exceptional! The front desk staff provided attentive service throughout, even kneeling down to assist. My family and I were able to complete all the check-in procedures comfortably from the sofa. We didn't have to lift a finger! The hotel's cleaning lady was also incredibly warm and even recommended a great hot dog place nearby. The hotel's hygiene was impeccable; I didn't even need to use the disposable bedding I brought, haha. Plus, the hotel is super conveniently located near attractions and a bustling commercial street! I think anyone who loves shopping would really enjoy staying here. That's about it. My trip to Hong Kong was pretty average, but this hotel was definitely a highlight, haha!
