The hotel is built on a hill, which makes getting around a little inconvenient. From the lobby to the breakfast area, you need to take three different lifts and still climb some stairs. The breakfast itself was not very good.
The room had some pros and cons. It was nice that six complimentary glass bottles of water were provided, but the digital light switches lagged and were confusing—they sometimes only worked several seconds after pressing. The shower temperature was difficult to adjust, and the bathroom and shower area were separated in an awkward way. Our superior room balcony faced the road, so there wasn’t much of a view. The fridge barely kept things cool, and the room had bugs and mosquitoes—I got a few bites during the stay.
On the positive side, the staff were friendly, and the main highlight is the pool area, which offers a beautiful sea view of Ao Nang. Essentially, what you are paying for here is the pool view rather than the overall hotel experience.
