Super convenient property for whatever you have planned. Close to the light rail which can take you almost to any point of interest. Hotel has a great lobby area with a popular coffee shop. Rooms are fine size-wise. Boring decor if you care about that.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everyone was helpful, professional and kind. I would most definitely stay again next time we are in Minneapolis!

This is easily one of the most beautiful hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at. It is elegant, there is a decadent coffee shop on the first floor, and the Italian restaurant on site is not to be missed.
The staff were amazing and helpful. The room was luxury and clean. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommended. I would go back just to stay at this lovely hotel again.

Great Hotel, one gripe
This is now my favorite hotel in Downtown Minneapolis. Location, rooms, easy valet service, restaurant etc.
One gripe though: curtains in the rooms are not blackout curtains. So in downtown the sheer drapes leave your room pretty bright. Bring a sleeping mask.

First floor/lobby is beautiful and unique. Staff very friendly.
Beds are very comfortable-Slept great!
Room (2 queens) is spacious, but decor felt unfinished. No artwork on the stark white walls and “echo” in the room because the sound bounces off the walls, which detracts from the sense of comfort. Recommend adding some artwork.
Spyhouse coffee and breakfast were wonderful!

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I would like to specifically name Jonah who was also very knowledgeable about the area and provided great recommendations and directions.
The hotel is right near the light rail station, so very easy to access.

Very quiet. Staff friendly. Convenient to sporting venues. Light rail and bus stops close. Had to search for a working ice machine. Used off site parking because valet parking expensive.

Fantastic
One of the best hotels stays we have ever had. The room was pristine, bathroom huge, bed comfortable, great lighting, with the all important phone/gadget charging. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Huge shoutout to the front staff. Every single person was fantastic, and when we had a problem with the parking, they made it right and quickly. Can't recommend this hotel enough.
