Beautiful room with comfy bed and all the amenities. Love the scent of the hand soap, lotion and shampoos/conditioner. The staff were very friendly at check-in and the restaurant in the hotel , Guilia, was phenomenal!

We chose this hotel specifically because they’re dog friendly, and we were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in, the lobby made an impression, marble columns, warm lighting, and so many lush plants it feels like stepping into a greenhouse. The rooms were spotless with clean, modern décor, and housekeeping was exceptional. The front desk staff were genuinely wonderful. When I struggled with the offsite parking directions, one attendant handed me a map she had just created for guests, that kind of in-the-moment thoughtfulness is rare. One heads-up: the skywalk to offsite parking is oddly closed on weekends, so you have to walk outside around the corner and ring an after-hours buzzer for access. Underground parking was clean & secured, but kind of a pain. Highly recommend, we’ll absolutely be back!

The hotel and room were great. Unfortunately, the parking situation was terrible. The valet parking was full, so we had to self park in the ramp

We stayed here to attend a concert at U.S. Bank stadium. Perfect walking distance! The room was clean, the decor was charming, and the staff was very nice! We loved the coffee shop for breakfast - great selection and reasonably priced. The only "complaint" would be the recommended parking ramp. It was very complicated to enter in the morning - all the outside doors were locked. $37 to park overnight is a bit pricey. We would stay here again!

Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, and well-maintained. However, it would really benefit from having a microwave and a smart TV, as those are amenities many guests expect. Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff seemed unorganized and made a major mistake by charging the check-in fee for a different room. This resulted in an unexpected hold of over $500 being placed on my account, which took multiple days to drop off. It was a very frustrating experience and caused unnecessary stress. The property also did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Because of the poor check-in experience and how the situation was handled, I will not stay here again.

We chose to park in the garage across the street. No one informed us that the skybridge was closed on weekends which made accessing our car a big problem. Your staff should be fully aware and competent on how a guest can gain entry to the garage on weekends.

It was aesthetically a nice place and part of the team was responsive, the trouble was that tithe room presenting so may needs for me to request help. The room while nice overviewed a layer of roof and looked across directly into a working kitchen. The blackout shade would not close, so I had to call for help. The tv would not turn on, there were no batteries in the remote, they came and gave me batteries. On the second night the door would not unlock. I went for a new key, still wouldn’t work. I had to go back down to let the staff know and call engineering to replace the battery in the door so I could go in. That night I spoke to the front desk about how may issues I was having, they said they’d have the manager contact me, the never did. In the morning I went to check out, the person asked me how my stay was, I said honestly I had hoped it were better. They said, I’m sorry and moved on. No follow up questions nothing more. I accepted the stay because it did locationally meet my needs but would have preferred doing less work to make the stay work.

The first day was fine although the shower could have used a good cleaning. But, the maid didn’t clean the room at all that day so the second day wasn’t ss pleasant,
