I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The location is inside a residential neighborhood and was not as convenient as I expected. When I checked in, I was given a room without air conditioning. I requested a room with air conditioning, but I was asked to pay an additional fee to change rooms. The hotel listing did not clearly mention that some rooms do not have air conditioning, which was misleading. After moving to the new room, I found that it was not clean. I had to contact housekeeping and ask them to clean it the next day. The furniture was also old and in need of renovation.
I also requested an extra bed for my daughter, and I was charged an additional fee for each day. Overall, I felt that many of the hotel’s services came with extra charges, making the stay feel overpriced.
The nicest thing about the hotel was the staff, who were helpful and smiling.
