Stayed one night in Salamanca at Hotel Rector and experienced the best service of my trip! We arrived at 10 PM, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. They helped park our car and brought our luggage to the room. They thoughtfully prepared a welcome gift, a 'good night' card, and chocolates. They even took the time to go over a map, giving us detailed travel tips for all of Salamanca and introducing us to the hotel. The flowers on the bathroom vanity were fresh, real flowers! Then, before bed, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the sheets and pillowcases even had lace trim! Breakfast was served until 11:30 AM, so we slept in and still enjoyed a wonderful meal.

we are family from Hong Kong. This hotel is the best I've ever experienced in terms of service, and it truly lives up to its reputation. It is extremely professional, sweet，and attentive to every detail. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with super warm smile，champagne and snacks. They gave us a very thorough introduction to the nearby attractions with a map, and the hotel's main facilities. The breakfast was delicious. On top of all that, there were all kinds of delightful surprises prepared for us every single day — from a sleepy teddy bear for our child to various personal amenities, assorted snacks, a next-day weather card, a good-night card, and so much more. All the staff are nice and professional.

This hotel is absolutely my top recommendation! Both the facilities and service are impeccable – everything is so thoughtful and meticulous, making for a truly comfortable and pleasant stay. It's also incredibly convenient for getting around. If I weren't in a hurry, I would have loved to stay a couple more days! Simply wonderful!

Booked this hotel last minute and it exceeded my expectations! It's a small hotel, but has everything you need. Seeing the handsome staff member brightened my mood and washed away my fatigue. The hotel is super convenient, just a five-minute walk from the University of Salamanca. Everything was great, except for dinner being at 8 PM, which I wasn't used to. Highly recommend this hotel!
