Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

The hotel's location is superb, right in Hong Kong's International Finance Centre (IFC). You can head downstairs directly to the mall, the MTR, and the Airport Express. The sea-view room offers pleasant scenery, facing Victoria Harbour. The toiletries are high-quality, the room is clean, and complimentary refreshments are provided.

The Four Seasons' location is truly unbeatable – it's convenient for getting anywhere. There's a shuttle bus from the Airport Express that takes you straight to the hotel, and even walking is easy. That 'welcome back' always makes you feel so at home. For breakfast, you have two restaurant options, but I prefer ordering à la carte in the lounge. The bread at the Four Seasons is genuinely delicious; I absolutely adore the five-grain croissant (or whatever it's called) at breakfast. And the scones from the bakery are a must-buy every time. The hotel facilities are excellent; the gym equipment is well-maintained and offers plenty of choices. Just eating at the hotel's restaurants pretty much filled up my itinerary. The spa is the best I've experienced outside of Thailand. While there was a minor hiccup with housekeeping – they didn't clear the trash or do the turndown service on time – they genuinely made up for it afterward. I hope the service can be even more meticulous in the future, especially since it's the 'Four Seasons.' I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

A perfect experience! We originally booked a Deluxe Seaview King Room, but the hotel upgraded us to an Executive Seaview Suite and, as per our request, provided a twin-bedded suite. The lady who checked us in was very gentle, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. I can't sleep on soft pillows, and the Four Seasons has always remembered this, providing me with a firm pillow and proactively asking if I wanted to switch to a harder mattress – very thoughtful. The welcome amenities from the hotel were also very generous, including pineapple cake, pineapple buns, and milk tea cookies. My friend and I both agreed they were delicious. The welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the grapes had just the right amount of sweetness; even as someone who doesn't like sweets, I ate a lot. The mini-bar in the suite was also complimentary, and my favorites were the chips and coconut juice. We also visited the Argo bar. Even on a Saturday night, it wasn't overly crowded, and the Hong Kong Punch was impressive. Our booking included breakfast, and we chose the à la carte restaurant. I loved the waffles and bircher muesli, and my friend highly praised the Japanese set meal she ordered. All in all, a perfect hotel and a perfect experience.

My stay at the Four Seasons Hong Kong was beyond expectations. The front desk staff were professional and efficient, making the check-in process incredibly quick. The room facilities were high-end and spotless, and the sea view from my room was absolutely stunning. I was extremely satisfied with this stay.

The service was exceptional. Firstly, they genuinely helped me solve a problem: my husband has a herniated disc, and the hotel promptly switched to a firm mattress. We extended our stay for two more days, and they prioritized giving us a twin room. Secondly, from the front desk to the concierge, to the pool and spa, every staff member we encountered was genuinely courteous and polite, making us feel comfortable and happy. The room layout was well-designed. In the twin room, each bed was very large, so for a couple with a child, even without an extra bed, two people on one bed would be perfectly fine. I had a complimentary extra bed for my 12-year-old son, and that bed was also very comfortable. So, it offered excellent value for money! The hotel's location is superb. Even if you don't go out, there's plenty to do within the hotel. It's connected to a shopping mall, the heated pool is incredibly clean with beautiful views, and the drinks and snacks are of good quality. The therapists at the spa are professional, and if you don't opt for a massage, you can still enjoy spa facilities like the steam room for free. Breakfast was decent. There was a good variety, and the quality was acceptable, but it lacked a distinctive character. Overall, our stay at the Four Seasons Hong Kong was an excellent experience! I would choose to stay here again in the future!

The room is nice, and the service is excellent. The environment is beautiful, clean, and tidy. There's live piano music in the evenings, which creates a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended, definitely worth a visit!!!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to IFC, which makes dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel's restaurants have a wonderful ambiance, and there are two options for breakfast. It was also a really nice touch to receive a little surprise for my birthday.
