Bumi Linggah Villas Bali

I have had a very good experience with the room and their service. Staff was helpful and always ready to help. But the breakfast wasn't good enough but ok.

Excellent villa with nice art installations. Thumbs up to the friendly, attentive staff. Thank you for the lovely honeymoon bedroom decorations. There's a nice neighborhood with great cafe (NAD Coffee & Eatery) to explore next to the hotel.

Breakfast consisted only of Indian food, with no fresh fruit juice. no small bin tang, staff just looked at you, no help at all.

Towel is so dirty in room area so many bugs And lizard food was not good pictures and menu say something and ingredients are different half item not in the menu and sharing with the half dish and food is frozen, not fresh foodand Manager service or her behavior was not good she answer that’s our menu and our food that’s her reply she not responsible person to make Customer satisfied

The villa was wonderful and the pool was amazing. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful. They were fantastic! The only thing that was inconvenient was the location. It was slightly off the beaten track and transportation had to be arranged ahead of time.

The staff was amazing, very kind and always around to help with huge smiles . The food in the restaurant was pretty disappointing though, I ended up ordering out or just not eating almost every night I was there. The welcome book mentioned a fully stocked mini bar but there was no such thing anywhere in my villa. The remote for my air conditioning broke twice. I loved my private pool and villa but this is definitely a budget accommodation . If you have the cash stay somewhere near central Ubud.

We have stayed in this Villa in the month of Jan 2024. It was a disappointing experience. The actual Villa provided was different from what was advertised on the website during the booking process. Additionally, there were several issues with the pool area. Firstly, there was insufficient lighting at night, making the pool difficult and unsafe to use. Moreover, the pool was not accessible as there were no stairs provided. When these issues were brought to the attention of the front desk staff, their response was disappointing. Instead of addressing the problems seriously, they were sarcastic and even laughed at the situation. Furthermore, it was concerning that the manager was not available at 7PM local time in the evening, a time when guests might need assistance the most due to remote location and such pathetic situation. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and the worst i have experienced anywhere in the world. Despite assurances from the Manager, I did not receive the promised written apology letter next day. Additionally, the food at the villa was of poor quality with limited options, especially for vegetarians. It was disappointing to find such a lack of consideration for dietary preferences.
