Pebble Motel Hotel (Chengdu Chunxi Road Taikoo Li Branch)

The soundproofing in this room is terrible. From midnight until late into the night, whenever other guests came back, you could hear everything clearly—and it was loud enough to wake you up repeatedly. I really wonder how the door manages to be completely useless. It's not entirely the other guests' fault; the poor sound insulation is the main issue. Plus, the spring latch is extremely loud when closing the door. I tried several times to close it gently, but at the very moment it shuts, it still makes a loud 'click'. Additionally, the cleanliness is very poor. Please check the photos—the stains on the towels are clearly visible.

The hotel is just over 300 meters from Taikoo Li and IFS, offering a fantastic location that is truly a tranquil oasis in the bustling city. While the facilities are a bit dated, the value for money is exceptional and unbeatable for this location. The front desk staff were very patient, making for a wonderful check-in experience.
