作為經常來上海出差的打工人，馨樂庭早已是我的住宿首選，每次入住都能收穫滿滿驚喜！前台服務超貼心，不管是特殊房型需求還是出行諮詢，都能耐心響應、盡力滿足，辦理入住高效又舒心。
房間更是沒話説，寬敞明亮又整潔，床品柔軟舒適，採光和通風都極佳，客房阿姨打掃得細緻入微，角角落落都乾乾淨淨，住起來特別安心。地理位置絕了，門口就是71路公交直達外灘，去上生新所、武康大樓這些熱門地點也超近，出差之餘打卡超方便。
早餐必須重點誇！種類豐富多樣，中西式都有，7-11點的供應時間特別人性化，完美適配出差黨的作息。已經把這家酒店推薦給單位同事，大家入住後都反饋超滿意～ 性價比超高，下次來上海還選馨樂庭，真心推薦給所有需要出差或出行的朋友！

Probably the worst hostel we have done in china, could find munch better in Shanghai!!
1. Bad location. Nothing to be done though.
2. Room is old, with old furniture, and has an awful cigarette smell… same as for the common areas
3. Small room, with no privacy toilet and shower are to be seen from bed. With very light tinted widows (can see trough)
4. On high floor but windows do not open for security reasons I guess but there must be other ways.
5. Speaking of windows, hasn’t been cleaned in a decade (see picture)
6. Room despite all the above was clean, but did not look so because of the vetucity of the furniture
7. Personnel is ok but compared to other similar hotels we have done, much less helpful and no real willingness to help.
To cut a long story short. 4* is by far overstated. Price is ok ish but you can find much better for same price in Shanghai 3* That are willing to evolve.
Very disappointed by the experience, hope this will help you improve for future customers. But in current conditions, I don’t recommend AT ALL

The hotel staff are very helpful and kind and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, food delivery is also very efficient. The only downsides are the elevator is quite slow and the breakfast buffet is 4/10. Otherwise this hotel is great with a good location too

地理位置蠻好的，第一次來上海就住這家住出感情來了，也懶得換了，就是延安西路高架橋這裏很容易堵車，離地鐵站也不是很近，一般出去玩都騎車哈哈
