hotel was very elegant. they charge a $25 deposit upon check-in per day. they are also doing renovations so if you don’t mind this hotel is in a decent location close to stores & food places

Tv did not work. Had to move us from the original room to another. The second room shower surround needed replacing.

Our initial room had bed bugs. The front desk accommodated us by giving us a different room. The new room was an upgrade and very clean. Both rooms had older looking restrooms. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Unfortunately, this property didn’t meet our expectations for the price. The staff were kind and though it was clean, there are many things that need updating and repairs. There were a lot of “out of order” signs throughout the hotel including ice machine, workout equipment, elevator buttons, community office area, wash machines, etc. and those are just the ones we saw. Hygiene products in the shower were old Dove refilled bottles and some even stretched out with sharpie and relabeled. Our rooms keys disabled about twice a day even when keeping away from our phones. Check in was easy and quick, location was nice and again it was clean (no random leftover hair, no bugs, etc.) but we won’t be choosing to stay here again for the value.

This is a completely renovated property.. The desk people were good. My issue was breakfast.. they said it opened at 6:30.. I was there at 7 am and nothing was out except for dry cereal and near frozen muffins.. uckkk No coffee at all no where to be seen, and no employees around except for desk person and she seemed to be on the phone with a customer.. So I left and found a Starbucks.. uggg

The first day was horrific, stale bread, 3 to 5 pieces of unit packaged pastries total. No eggs nor any protein, nothing hot, over diluted juices and ONE apple for fruit. Coffee was just not fresh, just warm, no cream nor creamer. Second day, similar refreshed breads, did have scrambled eggs/sausages/diced potato. No fruit, same warm coffee.

The stay was very disappointing,,air conditioner didn't work,,had to change rooms,,and the air conditioner didn't work either,,I had to fix the sliding front door because it stuck,,got trapped in the elevator because the mechanical room over heated,,I've never had such a stressful stay along with my room key kept messing up,,staff seemed like they didn't know what they were doing,,I really hope in the future more attention will be sought in the company and it's hotel throughout the country

Staff sometimes not available at the desk, some lights weren’t working in the room and MY ROOM DOOR WAS LEFT UNLOCKED AND WIDE OPENED upon returning after I asked for someone to clean my room
