SYYF Family-Friendly Hotel (Guilin Shiyuyuanfang)

The service was great, the hotel's location was excellent, and the breakfast tasted delicious. The kids also had a wonderful time! If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be that the family room could use an extra table for belongings.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was prompt and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, especially the Guilin rice noodles. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shops, and attractions aren't far either. It rained for most of the day, making things a bit damp, but the hotel quickly provided a bedding drying service, so I slept very comfortably!

An absolutely amazing stay! It was pouring rain when we arrived in Guilin, and our taxi driver mistakenly took us to a different hotel. The staff there were so thoughtful and drove us directly to Xiangshan Youyue. Upon arrival, seeing we had children and elderly with us, the hotel staff immediately helped with our luggage and upgraded our room for free. The value for money is truly outstanding. The hotel is perfect for photos and exploring, whether it's rainy or sunny. All the staff members greet guests politely. The laundry and drying facilities are super convenient, and if you don't pick up your clothes promptly, they even thoughtfully fold and package them – the attention to detail is excellent. The hallway and restaurant staff are incredibly meticulous with their cleaning. The front desk lady enthusiastically recommended local rice noodles, and the complimentary takeaway coffee is both delicious and photo-worthy. The kids' play area is great for younger children, and the reading corner has books kids will love, plus free craft activities. They even offer water whenever you head out. In short, all the staff were absolutely wonderful! Guilin's overall travel experience was fantastic! Our child's highest praise was wanting to come back again and stay at this hotel next time!

Our stay was fantastic! Everything felt brand new, and the hygiene was impeccable. The room was spotless with no strange odors, and the overall environment was lovely. The location is excellent, really close to all the main attractions. The two ladies at the front desk were not only beautiful but also incredibly helpful, warm, and professional. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Guilin – you can't go wrong! The breakfast was also very generous with a wide variety of options. They even packed me a coffee to go when we checked out, which was such a thoughtful touch.

The room was quite spacious, and it was super convenient to open the door and just relax. The hotel's location was excellent, and the butler service was very thoughtful. The only downside was that the backlights on the room buttons were constantly on, which kept me from sleeping for two nights. Later, the butler told me they could be turned off, and they managed to switch off most of them, though three still remained on, leaving the room quite bright. The washing machine was a bonus, and it was fantastic that the hotel staff even helped bring the laundry back to the room. Breakfast was good too, and the service was excellent. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

Environment: Clean and hygienic, nothing to complain about. Service: The staff are very service-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic. I had an immersive sleep; the room was near the restaurant, yet I didn't find it noisy. Great value for money, definitely worth staying.

It features a swimming pool for relaxation, and the front desk was thoughtful enough to allow a late check-out, which was incredibly helpful. Their service was attentive and considerate, leading to an excellent overall experience. Highly recommended! There's a pool on the 9th floor and a kid-friendly children's area on the 10th floor. We could use the smart assistant to call the front desk, which was efficient, and robots delivered food.

This hotel is perfect for families with kids, especially on a rainy day, haha! 1. The hygiene is excellent. The bedding is clean and comfortable, and I didn't find any overlooked spots in the room. 2. The service is thoughtful. Staff helped us with our luggage 🧳, and they offered a late check-out which was very convenient. 3. The location is superb. You can rent electric scooters right outside the hotel, and it's very close to the Xiangshan Scenic Area. 4. The breakfast is abundant. I tried the Guilin rice noodles, and they were delicious. The restaurant also has a microwave available at all times, which is super convenient. 5. It's very kid-friendly. We even received a cute little gift when we checked out.
