SYYF Meet at Elephant Hill Hotel (Guilin Two Rivers and Four Lakes)

Perfect for families with young children! The hotel amenities are very thoughtfully designed, featuring a ball pit play area and an outdoor pool where kids can splash around and have a blast, giving parents some much-needed relaxation. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, with plenty of options to satisfy both kids and adults. The front desk provides drinks and fresh fruit all day, and even delivers warm, sweet soup in the evenings – lots of thoughtful touches and a great service experience! The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, making it a top choice for family trips. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Yangshuo.

The room was clean and tidy, and the whole smart home system was very convenient to use! The staff were enthusiastic, attentive, and thoughtful. The hotel is close to the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, just a few minutes' walk away, which is very convenient.

The room was spacious and bright, with a cozy ambiance and complete amenities, including a children's tent, a dryer, and a drying rack which my child loved. The service was exceptional, and we even received a complimentary wormwood hammer. The breakfast was rich and nutritious, and the swimming pool was free to use. It was a fantastic experience!

The room was great, clean and hygienic. Whatever we needed, the front desk delivered quickly. My child loved the little tent, and the rice noodles were delicious. I wasn't used to the oil tea, but the front desk staff was always helpful and answered all our questions. 👍

Last time I stayed at the Poetry and Faraway Lijiang Courtyard, and this time at Xiangshan Youyue, both were very satisfying. I hadn't originally booked this place; I'd booked another hotel, which was so frustrating that I had to switch at the last minute. I've realized that in tourist cities, it's best to stick with a place you trust and not switch. A good mood is key when traveling. Nothing beats a spacious, clean room and warm, attentive service for a truly comfortable experience!

Facilities: The facilities are excellent, and the kids absolutely loved them, especially the swimming pool and playground. Hygiene: The place was clean and tidy. Environment: The environment is superb, with a large swimming pool that's perfect for photos. Service: The service was amazing! They thoughtfully provided afternoon tea and complimentary fruits upon check-in. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Guilin.

I really need to write a thoughtful review for this hotel because it was just so considerate! The room was incredibly spacious, complete with a tent and a rocking horse. The hotel also features a swimming pool, a laundry room, and a kids' club, and the breakfast was delicious. Even someone with a slight germophobia like me found everything spotless and meticulously clean! On our departure morning, we missed breakfast, but the hotel packed three meals for us, which really warmed my heart.

The rooms are excellent and perfect for family trips. My family of 5 adults and 3 children found the rooms well-equipped, with a dryer, laundry room, pool, and children's play facilities. The hotel staff provided great service, and the restaurant even made lattes. Guilin is a wonderful place with beautiful mountains, rivers, and a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend staying at this hotel – it's truly great!

Service: The hotel's service was exceptional. As soon as we entered, the staff immediately helped us with our luggage. After check-in, they personally brought our bags to our room. What really stood out and showed the excellent service was when we went out for dinner after checking in. The weather forecast said no heavy rain, but it started pouring almost instantly. We were caught outside and couldn't get back. That's when the front desk staff brought us two umbrellas, helping us return to the hotel. This was truly unique compared to other hotels and made the service truly satisfactory. Facilities: The hotel has washing machines and dryers on the 5th floor, which was convenient for our laundry needs. On the 7th floor, there are recreational facilities for children to play. There's also another laundry room on the 1st floor, also helpful for washing clothes. Hygiene: The hygiene was also exceptionally good. Upon entering our room, the bedsheets, sofa, and bathroom were spotless, without a single stain. This clearly shows that the hotel's cleaning staff are very diligent. They also automatically replaced our water and the disposable seat covers on the toilet. Location: The hotel's location is also very convenient. Turning right out of the hotel, about 200 to 300 meters away, there's a highly-rated restaurant. If you turn right out of the hotel and cross an overpass, you'll reach a scenic spot, 'Elephant Trunk Hill,' which I highly recommend for families with middle school-aged children. Finally, I highly recommend the 'Poetry and Distance' hotel because of its unique DIY project called [Knock Knock Time], a parent-child handmade Artemisia argyi meridian hammer workshop. Highly recommended!
