IntercityHotel Guangzhou Railway Station

This was probably my third stay at this hotel, and the service was, as always, excellent. I had originally booked a room without breakfast, but when I checked in, the front desk staff learned I had an early train and proactively offered to prepare breakfast for me by 5:30 AM. The next morning, when I checked out at 6 AM, I received a full bag of breakfast.

Full marks for Guangzhou South Railway Station Intercity Hotel, the most satisfying accommodation of our entire trip! The room's cleanliness was impeccable; the whole place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and spacious and bright. It was especially suitable for staying with children, as my little one absolutely loved the room environment and had a great time throughout our stay. All the hotel staff provided incredibly warm service; everyone was gentle and patient. I particularly want to highlight their thoughtful, human-centered service: my son had a swollen and painful foot and couldn't go out to play. After speaking with the front desk, they kindly allowed us to extend our check-out time until 4:30 PM, which solved a major problem for us. On the day of check-out, on the 11th floor, the floor attendant saw us packing our luggage and preparing to leave. They proactively and thoughtfully asked if we needed bottled water for our journey. We initially said two bottles would be enough, but the staff member was so enthusiastic that they immediately handed us five bottles. In the end, we only took three, but the service was meticulous and genuine throughout. Overall, the stay experience was fantastic, with heartwarming details everywhere, and excellent value for money. Next time we visit the area around Guangzhou South Railway Station, we will definitely choose this hotel again. I sincerely recommend this hotel to families traveling with children! Extremely satisfied, excellent! I was pleasantly surprised by how good the quality of hotels in China has become. They even offer complimentary high-speed train station transfers; just book a little in advance. The mini-bus was clean and tidy.

Out of all the places I've stayed during this trip, this hotel was by far the most satisfying. The room's cleanliness was top-notch, easily comparable to a five-star hotel – it was so clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff provided excellent service, handling check-in efficiently and always with a friendly smile. The housekeeping aunties were meticulous in their work and incredibly patient when communicating. The hotel also offers round-trip transfer service to and from the high-speed rail station, which made getting around incredibly convenient and hassle-free. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff in the breakfast area were just as warm and patient. From the facilities to the service, every detail made for a very pleasant experience. My overall experience was fantastic. If I visit Guangzhou again, this will definitely be my first choice. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

Really liked it. The suite was excellent, and Room 1302 was even better. The layout was sensible, and it was clean and tidy. Plenty of bottled water which was great. The service was good too.

This Intercity Hotel near Guangzhou South Railway Station is my go-to whenever I'm in town. I've stayed here multiple times now. The free shuttle service to and from the station is incredibly convenient! The rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast spread is fantastic, with a wide selection of both Chinese and Western options. The service is also top-notch; the staff are always polite, greet you warmly, and proactively offer assistance. It's now my first choice for business trips to Guangzhou!
