The hotel offers great privacy; your room card only grants access to your specific floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the location is excellent, making dining and transportation very convenient. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, we could see the ocean, and we even spotted a rainbow 🌈, which was absolutely beautiful! One thing to remember, though: like many hotels in Australia, you're expected to take out your own trash here, so don't forget!

Great location, spacious room. We even watched the World Cup third-place match and the final live! Good experience overall. Facilities: Excellent, and we could even do laundry! Service: Very good, they provided toiletries and slippers!

I chose a room facing the sea, and the view was absolutely unbeatable – so much better than in Brisbane. It's perfect for just relaxing and unwinding. Getting around is convenient too, and you can even capture the sunrise without leaving your room. If you ever come here, you definitely have to pick this room!

Having stayed at several other hotels since, I can confidently say this one is still the best. The room has everything you need for living and cooking. There's a shop nearby. We happily cooked steaks almost every day. The view from the window is beautiful, and it's only on the 13th floor. The elevators are silent and super-fast. Remember, this is an apart-hotel, so cleaning isn't daily. Our room was cleaned once during our 5-night stay, which was generally sufficient. If you accumulate trash, there's a special room with bins on each floor. The soundproofing is decent. The reception quickly resolves any issues, and you can store your luggage there. We arrived late, and I was worried about being met and checked in, so I messaged the hotel in advance, but it turned out there were plenty of other late arrivals like us at 11 PM. The rooms provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion from the excellent Australian brand Kevin Murphy. On the 5th floor, there's an indoor and outdoor heated pool, a sauna, and a gym. The hotel's location is ideal. There's a tram stop right behind it, and the main shopping center is a 5-minute walk away. All in all, we were satisfied. We'd love to come back here.

Fantastic sea view and a great location, just about a 5-minute walk to the commercial area. However, if you want a high-floor room, remember to book a three-bedroom unit. The two-bedroom units are typically around the 12th floor.

Meriton is known for its clean facilities and modern interiors, and this location lived up to that reputation. Both the facilities and the interior felt luxurious. Having the Cyprus tram station right outside was incredibly convenient. My only minor complaints are that it's about a 10-minute walk to the main street and also about 10 minutes to Coles or Woolworths supermarkets. 😭 The small quick mart on the first floor of the hotel is quite expensive. Also, the dishwasher in the room doesn't dry dishes; I had to leave the door open overnight to air-dry them. 😡 The reception staff were friendly. Even for a four-night stay, we only got two large towels, and one of them had a stain, which was unpleasant, but they did provide a new one. The fridge kept things very cold, and the air conditioning felt clean! There were plenty of cooking utensils, so we cooked all our meals for four days! However, please replace the frying pan with the peeling non-stick coating. 😭 There are four elevators, and they're super fast, reaching the 20th floor in just 10 seconds! I would 100% stay here again! 🫶

The location is excellent and super convenient for getting around. However, during my four-day, three-night stay, I had to repeatedly ask for basic necessities like toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, and toiletries, and they would only give them out sparingly. This was a really unpleasant experience. The air conditioner vent was also incredibly loud, especially the one in the bedroom at night, which made it impossible to sleep.

The hotel's location is super convenient! I chose a sea-view room and it faces the ocean, so I often see rainbows. It comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and microwave, and they use Kevin Murphy toiletries.
